Thank you Tait for acknowledging the problem, it was the least most of us wanted. ~-^ I do understand new content and problems with it, this by far is not my first launch and or expansion. I hope it gets resolved sooner than later but please keep the player base, the people funding the game in many ways, in the loop.

The server remains in the same condition for over twelve hours and still no response......sad. Even a "hey we are sorry this is happening and we are working on a fix" would be better than silence. I love that your team of developers decided to have private invite testing and now early access is the new public PTS.

 

So Tait..... or Musco.....or any of the devs who regularly post here giving the Shadowlands players some kind of response about the issue?

I think what annoys me most is the devs use twitter to communicate as much as they do. I think posting on your game forums about awareness of the lag problem on Rishi and Yavin would be better.....? I tried to play and am half way through 58 on Yavin, but with five second ability lag it just wasn't worth it. How about a new response to all of us paying customers as to when the lag will get fixed or even a restart for the server if that's what it takes?

Bumping the thread...for loot rules with our guild we have gone to a loot ladder system for highest tier gear and highest roll for off spec or lesser tier operations...example, EV and KP SM content. We do our best to make things as fare as possible.

I am unable to see my cartel coin amount, takes me to a page that says there is scheduled maintenance. =/

To answer you Zara we have used DKP on progression but we are currently looking to change this. We feel our groups do not need the DKP system since we have not had problems with attendance with out it being a real life issue that could not be avoided.
