Oh, look. It’s yet another “nerf Operatives/Scoundrels now!” thread. Everybody’s favorite subject. One skilled Merc/Commando with electro net can break an Op/Scoundrel. It’s worse if more than one person can focus that Op/Scoundrel once they’re netted. Packs of Ops/Scoundrels can be a problem, but packs of anything focusing you can be a problem. Use teamwork, and Ops/Scoundrels go down. They’re easy to take out in any team situation that isn’t huttball, where I’ll fully admit is where Ops/Scoundrels become nearly unstoppable.

 

 

 

Really? Five people? No one thought to stun and global the Op? I’ve seen two people held off multiple times. I’ve even seen three people held off. But five? Either you are exaggerating, or you were surrounded by people who had no clue what they were doing.

This thread is about nerfing guard, I dunno why you pull out stuff that doesnt belong here. I do not play for the titles, if I did I would be top 3 already, its not about that. I would like the game to be fair and enjoyable for all, thats why I mention this stuff. Taunt is more than enough but guard is too much, thats all.

The only people that want solo ranked removed are those that are bad at solo ranked. They blame the game mode itself, because their egos can't handle the shame of their inability to succeed there. There's no other plausible reason for someone to want to actually remove content from the game that other people enjoy.

not really, guarding is for tanks, dps using it in pve can also be seen as an "abuse" aswell

You’d need new rules/mechanics to make that work. Ie, a timer on how long stealth classes can stay in cover. How many times they can stealth out to heal. Dps only or do you have healer + tank matches?

 

It’s not impossible, it just requires different rules and mechanics set up by Bioware.

 

Or just delete concealment operatives from the game entirely.

Legacy tokens is great to here I'm so happy to see that change after campaigning for it for so long, would you guys be able to confirm whether we are getting legacy tokens before the replicas are re released because if that is the case I will not have to q all my games on my jugg dps and I can have more freedom with what I play.

If your talking about using macro keys on an mmo mouse, theres nothing wrong with that, it's only a problem if you get a macro program that automatically executes abilities, I guess your a clicker who is just too slow to react and ends up getting globalled?

Anyway, they can take all the time in the world. Given how the criteria for tiers change (wins required) the most cheating went on to get just gold tiers. so I am not surprised they didnt hand even those out.

If you wanna hold off on giving top 3s out that's fine by me given the amount of wintraders there have been this season, especially on starforge it could take some time to vet them all but please dont make the rest of us wait for the normal tier rewards and please update the giradda vendor.

Not really. Sure Grit Teeth helps against tank tunnel, but it's really forcebound that seperates jugg tanks form pt tanks. If forcebound was removed from the game, pt tank could at least compete.

I agree with you 100% geit teeth is not a broken tactical infect it is well balanced, in most tank games you gotta kite a but and drop guard for little while in tank dps games in order to get the 2nd ed but force bound on jugg tank is completely broken, this could be easily fixed by just making force bound wearable for jugg dps or going with their original idea like on the pts phase 1 of 6.0 where grit teeth was a set which means a jugg tank will have to choose either force bound or grit teeth.

Theres no new gear or major class changes like there was with 66.0 so please dont make another preseason as it's just 2 pointless months, if you wanna delay sending out top 96 or well the top 48 rewards that's fine if you wanna make those proper checks but to be honest it shouldnt take long at all give how you only have to vet the solo ranked top 3s.

Anyway, he played either dot or lightning, both have great AOE when the enemies are grouped and in voidstar, well, people tend to group at the door so he could have been freecasting from afar.
