Problem is this armor doesn't have any information that it only works to level 74.
Other sets do have information on them.

Hi folks,
With 7.0, we transitioned away from armor-based set bonuses and as part of this we stopped all set bonus effects from applying beyond level 75. This includes the Victorious Pioneer's Set, so it is working as intended. The Set will still grant exp bonuses for players below level 75. We'll be keeping communication open regarding ways for players to level alts more quickly from level 75+.
I understand that, i DO NOT understand why Victorious Pioneer's Set DOES NOT mention this in information that bonus only applies to 74th level.
No description was added ? other sets do mention 1-74.
I also spend months to get this set and now it's trash.

Same here, i normally stream SWTOR but this is insane, all of my streams are muted and i have copyright strikes all over for just only streaming and playing operations.

I said years ago that levels are poison in this game.
Why not release new content at same level ?
Example:
Max level was 70, why not release new/better gear for level 70 and stay level 70 with new harder content for level 70.

I hope bioware puts in a legacy unlock for all people who have the set, so it can be easily retrieved if someone makes a mistake and busts / discards it.

Considering those of us who already have it had to remain subbed for almost a year to get it, I think the price is about what I expected. (Although I was guessing 4800-5000CC's)
Op maybe be grateful that you can get it at all, because it was truly up in the air as to whether they would even sell it.
I'm sure the next patch will fix the account unlock issue.
You only subbed to get HK-55 and then quit the game ? or do you sub to play the game ?
If you sub to play the game, then HK-55 was totally free and you just got him for playing the game.

After perchasing Shroud of Memory from the CM, Arma Rasa doesn't show up in the Alliance Alerts for any of my alts (it worked fine on the toon I purchased the item with). I've tried reloging, changing servers, and restarting the game; none of that has fixed the issue.
I think this unlock is bugged, and works only for 1 character until they fix it. Maybe they should lower it's price because a lot of people bought HK-55 Chapter unlock and only got it working on 1 character.

Currently the team has no plans on removing the HK-55 Chapter from the Cartel Market. If that were to change, we'd be sure to communicate that change well in advance!
Building off of what Phenglei said, it is our intension that the HK-55 Chapter is an account unlock. There have been a few player reports about this not working as intended, which the team is currently investigating.

The Alliance Alert that should be received is Arma Rasa, that is the setup for the HK Chapter. With that complete they should then receive the Chapter Shroud of Memory. You can him double check in the Chapters UI. Shroud of Memory should appear the very bottom of the KOTFE list, see if it can be launched from there. Let me know if this still isn't working and I can have the team look into it.

If this is account unlock, please fix description of this item in cartel market and fix it so every character on account can play this chapter.

For example i buy it on my main shadow toon, and then i relog to US server and have to buy it again on another toon ?
If it is for One toon, it is insanely over priced.
Or is this account unlock ?

So bioware told dulfy long time ago weekly passes will come back.
But they still haven't done so, any idea why ?
Why don't they add weekly passes back into the game ? I have alot of friends who only have time to play every sunday and that's why they don't consider subsciption.
A weekly pass would alow them to have fun with us for a limited time.

I have same problems, it's not the game (client) but server side.
Server just stops responding for 10-30 seconds.

SSD's are super cheap, 512GB samsung EVO 860 only costs 70€.
But yes, more writes will decrease durability of your drive.

the whole reason i came back for the update is so that i can finally have jaesa on my sith assassin..... you guys started off this whole companion thing really well after you took them all away, then you turn it into garbage by not bringing jaesa and others as an everybody companion. that is the only reason i stuck around after the last EXPAC, because i was under the impression you were bringing back jaesa finally, FOR EVERY CLASS. not this garbage story with NO JAESA. i'm disappointed in you bioware. Jaesa is my favorite companion in the game, but i am not a sith warrior kind of tank. FIX THIS.
Same here, I thought Nadia Grell is also for all classes / factions. But it seems like she's only available to consulars.

So if i understand this correctly, you can ONLY get Nadia Grell on "Jedi Consulars" as part of a story ?
If you choose any other faction (Imp side) or class you can't get her as a companion ?

Biggest problem in this game are levels.
I have to level my 40 toons to level 80, so i can do operations and harder group stuff.
and now even this set is not working anymore.
This really blows.
