The guild name is visible to all though right?

Hello.

 

I'm thinking of forming a guild. Just a small affair for my friends and I.

 

The guild rank titles are a big reason for forming it. So my question is.. If my rank is 'Negotiator' or some other title, would I be able to set it so all other players could see that rank?
