    Mandalore the Indomitable, Empire - Events, Tournaments, Etc

    Hey all, this is Psychronicle of Casual Gamer Alliance (CGA), and Mandalore the Indomitable is home to awesome people, so why not host tournaments and such for everyone to enjoy? We're using the bracket system by Challonge, and folks will be required to register an account there (easily done with FB).

     

    This is the Events Thread for events hosted by CGA, everything will be posted here.

     

    Note, events CAN be cancelled if the minimum amount of players is not met.

    Actually, I did, and I liked most of them (Kotor and ME1). But what we have here is just an overkill of pointless and plain bad storytelling without ever giving REAL consequences.

    The old BW titles did this very well. Also, the old titles were like 50 hours long. What we have here is an extreme overdose. It will not work.

     

    I presume you're one of the guys who think Modern Warfare 3 has a great story?

     

    I like the fact that when I make a new character I will have a new story, a new set of choices and if it's another class it will be a different style of play, different dialog and an overall different experience.

     

    I don't think you spoiled kids quite get what Bioware did, they achieved a technical achievement and achievement that hardly any MMOs will touch from here on out: Making rolling an alt fun and interesting, with a solid, engaging story.

    You guys have to do something about the Imperial Agent.. as a lvl 20 Jedi Guardian minding my own bussenise i get ***** by the sniper shot thats crits me 2k ( ofc it did not one shot me but when fighting other low lvl people in the BG it helps them).. the funny thing about this is that he was only lvl 12... i mean like come on that shouldnt even be possible when another player is 8 lvls above..

     

    and about the balance.. the BGS should really be 10-19 , 20 - 29 etc... its funny that i get into a low lvl BG as a lvl 20 and just **** everyone( exept ofcourse the IMPERIAL AGENT that devestates me from long range) but still...

    I hardly say this to a fellow player, but: Leave the game. You just said how you killed a bunch of people, but were outclassed by a sniper. Use LoS to your advantage which dealing with range. Cover works in break LoS.

    Longest Queue Ever

    And what's worse... is not only is this the longest time I've had to sit in queue for the launch of an MMO, I don't have anything telling me when I am going to be let in.

     

    Whoever thought of this killed this mmo. Oh well back to WoW.

     

    WoW's queues in vanilla were like 20+ hours long. You should leave, nobody will miss you.
