Can you not move characters to a different server?

there should be some sort of compensation for this. if I wasn't a sub I would mind much less, but I PAY for this dammit

Gahhh. I'm a new player, And enjoyed the FTP enough that I Sub'd. Since then, it's been 2 nights, and 2 server crashes. *Sigh*
We can haz free stuffs?
