[So tired of uneven matches]

Stop starting matches until the teams are full. I am so tired of going into a match when its 2v4 or 3v4.

I have have everything at max, except alias and shadows and it seems to have solved the problem for now.

I am have the stuttering/black screen issue as well with my crossfire. If I disable it, it works, and I did have it working previously with older drivers. I've been hacking around with it for a couple of days now trying to get it to work.
