[Trouble with the launcher?]

Trying to log in and all I get is my launcher saying "Installing 100% Complete" with a red bar and can not click the play button...this is rather annoying

[Game crash]

Yea this is getting out of hand, I've been waiting to play the chapters and this keeps happening on all my toons

[Can't enter new chapters, Game crashes]

So I tried to play the new chapters and the screen freezes and my game crashes, however it does the same thing when I try it with my other took playing the KOTFE chapters whats the deal with this
