avg maintenance is also known to cause a halt at 0% too, although anything that stops the communication to the CDN can cause a halt at 0% too
The Link provided solved the problem along with choosing another Installation Folder.

I have had no problems playing the game until two days ago: My Game Launcher was stuck and I ended up having to reinstall from scratch. It went to Verify and just sat at 0%. Then I edited the Launcher settings and it finally started updating, only now it is happening again.
Is there a program to Fix the Launcher/Updater???

My game is currently stuck on the page after Logging in. (Where I am to Press "Play"). It went to Verify and just sits at 0%. I have reinstalled it and still have the same problem.

When I try to launch the game I get to the loading screen and a pop up of Error Code: C5 comes up.
How do I get around or fix this?

The money has gone out of my bank and it states "Next billing date: 01/13/2016"

I had my subscription go out on the 14th of December. However I haven't received my Cartel Coins. Before I phone SWTOR I was wondering if there is a delay or if anyone else has had this problem.

I bought a token. And I had to switcheto a different Server and went back and I was able to access the creation of a level 60. HOWEVER it dumped me on the Fleet at Level 1

I bought some Cartel Coins and Purchased a Level 60 Unlock Token and unlocked crystals in my Collections.
With the Crystals, it took my Cartel Coins and didn't unlock the Crystals to me.
With the Level 60 Token I first had to change server before I could create a character. And then once I created a character I was Level 1 and on the Republic Fleet.

Although all the missions are completed: Am I able to...
1. Go back and do Heroics and Flashpoints?
2. Are Heroics and Flashpoints completed also?
3. Do I get the rewards from completed missions, i.e. Money, Armour, Weapons, Basic Commendations and other such stuff?

In all seriousness, it was meant to be two separate paragraphs on the same subject. However I do want to buy the x24 pack. Just to get a decent amount of items and dispose of the rubbish.

I would like to see Lower level Ship Packs. And Unique items that cannot be made. i.e. The Armour Mods having unique Stats higher than anything that could be made or purchased.

I have noticed over the passed few months, And vast number of Cartel Pack, that the contents are EXTREMELY poor and not worth the money I spend on Cartel Coins. I want to buy the 24x Cartel Packs however they are INSANELY priced.
