[Character Naming Q]

I just started playing this game recently and I have seen many people running around with a ' in their name. I've tried creating a new toon with a unique, awesome name containing that character and it keeps telling me "Invalid name." I know that no one else could have the names I've tried, and I'm pretty sure it would say "Unavailable" if they were taken anyway. Has this feature been removed? And if so, why the heck was it taken out?! It's a lovely way to make creative and unique names, and I'm rather unhappy at the thought that it might have been permanently removed. =(

Not meaning to sound disrespectful, but I wonder how many times this thread is going to have to "cap out" and be recreated before this feature is given some priority...
