  1. The new Imperial Logo Rug decoration is embarrassingly small.... It barely covers any square footage. In fact its even smaller than the Imperial Dignitary's Rug, which is already minuscule itself....

It should be as long as a regular carpet, like the Luxurious Red Rug, for example.

I don't understand these really weird and illogical (dare I say ignorant) sizing decisions that are being made for hooks and decorations. When rugs are this small you can't have any continuity with them and they're smack in the middle of a floor. I want them to be able to touch the frame of a door and still cover quite a bit of space in the room they're in.

Is anybody else of the same opinion?

  2. Again your post is excellent and yet another thing that BioWare should have done for us before release. It never fails to astound me how effing lazy they are.

2 years into stronholds and we barely have any decorations or NPC's. Bloody ridiculous. I'd like my Dromund Kaas to look like an Imperial bunker but I can't because there's a total of like 20 imperial/sith decorations and NPC's combined.

This added to how I can't farm Flashpoints solo anymore, has made the game very stale.

  3. What a lot of people don't understand is that there is a HUGE difference between "dropping a hood" and "eliminating a hood". We want the former. I'd like to have Revan's/Phantom robe on BUT WITH THE HOOD DOWN SO THAT IT IS STILL VISIBLE/

Its absolutely ridiculous they haven't added this into the game yet. Hoods that are down should have the ability to go up, and hoods that are up should have the ability to go down. End of discussion.

  4. Trying to find a good outfit for Xalek is near impossible because his hand wrappings are a piss-colored off yellow and they stand out like a sore thumb.

It would be amazing if the cloth on his hands would be able to "unify" in color with the primary color of the chest piece like a normal pair of gloves would.

It would make Xalek 10x better

    Thanks guys.

  5. Hi guys. These are issues I have with the decoration that really need to be fixed to optimize it.

    1) "OFF" by default ------> "ON" by default. Its really annoying to have to go over and turn it on. It should be on UNTIL we turn it off, not die away after 30 seconds (much like the Bounty Holding Cell).

    2) Give us the option (while we're in Edit Mode) to make the decoration invisible when we're outside of Edit Mode, because its a real eyesore. Just a tick box like we have in the Interface Editor would be nice.

    3) Make the noise/music/effect the Ambient Machine produces EVEN IN THE ENTIRE ROOM. There is no reason for it to get quieter the more I move away from it.

If you have a machine in the room, it should fill up the entire room with the sound effect evenly, REGARDLESS OF HOW BIG THE ROOM IS.

These fixes aren't hard fixes but they would drastically improve the decoration. It would really mean a lot to those of us who want our Strongholds to sound like the Sith Academy, a cantina, etc... The ambience is SO important.

I hope you take these suggestions into consideration.

    Thanks guys,

    Cheers

  6. OMG IF I COULD GET NAGA SADOW'S SITH WARBLADE I WOULD *** (in a totally non-nerd way)!!!!

That being said, Bioware would definietly either:

    A) Completely half-*** it and give us dumbed-down, lame versions,

    or

    B) Put their own usual, unnecessary, unwanted, terrible spin on them,

and in both scenarios basically ruining potentially awesome, lore- heavy weapons.

  7. Hell no.

Keep this 'Cult of the Katana' crap out of SW. You want to play a samurai? There are plenty of other games out there that will satisfy your needs. It never ceases to amaze me why people play games only to want to change them to emulate something else.

Can I have Master Chief's armour in CM because its super cool?

Agreed. It sickens me to no end when i see people asking for t-shirts, jeans, sneakers, etc... its Star Wars, and our characters are NOT regular people.

  8. And I do just that, Ive spent well over 50 million if not closer to 100mill with credits to buy duplicates for decorating and way to much CC then I care to admit, but like there are CC unlocks for cartel armor and other CM items, I very much doubt it would damage their revenue to the extent you seem to be stating, specifically if the player has to spend more CC to unlock it. Everything else that is a part of the Cartel Market is available within our collections, I don't see much point in decorations being the exception (The ones that are obtained via the CM to be specific). And the main point of this thread was to ask for more decoration specific packs which there are not an awful lot of compared to regular packs, let alone variety.

Am I asking them to make it a credits purchase unlock via collections like you can do with guild donations? No, it would still go to fund Bioware with the extra CC unlock, this still means you either have to buy it via the GTN or through packs first which hardly reduces the price of it to be fair when comparing it with real money.

On a final note, as my first post said, there is tons and tons of potential to go into deco packs, it just seems limiting that they only release it with normal packs.

    Absolutely spot on.
