    short answer: yes

     

    i had purchased the game on a previous occasion, didnt really like it (dont worry i end up changing my mind) and came back when f2p launched so i came back as a preferred member.

     

    i had attempted to create 2 forum posts (one for a ticket in customer service, and one saying hi hello im back wassup!) got denied on each of them.

     

    when those failed i attempted to post on already created threads (one to piggy back my cs issue with someone elses, and to say hi on someone elses return post, this person came back as a subscriber) again denied.

     

    i had attempted to respond to someone elses question post, because i had a similar question, and again total denied.

     

    so for a total of 5 attempts (pre sub) to either open a thread OR post in existing threads i had a 0 of actual ability to do so.

     

    all this was as a preferred member so i should have had more freedom than a standard f2p. (although i admit to the remote possibility that i was bugged or something)

     

    so i must say all of the "continue with the feedback about f2p" i see bioware asking for is kinda hilarious since all the feedback they get comes from subs.

     

    I now am a subscriber myself and happy with that decision, however i dont believe a f2p should be restricted from the forums if they wish for full and balanced feedback. freeby accounts no (maybe, i can understand whys and all that) but preferred should really have a say, after all they have financially contributed to.
