  1. Noblesse Oblige are still recruiting!

We are small...but a very active Guild. We have Ops Progression scheduled every Thursday and Friday. We have collaborated, 16-man, run with Hyperspace Motivators every Wednesday as well. And we help each other out consistently with Dailies, Weeklies, and other Events throughout the week.

Our schedule normally starts around 7-8pm Central, on a daily basis...and some of our members stay around 'till 12-1am Central :D If you're interested on joining us, and if these schedules fit yours...please click this LINK and sign-up!

We look forward on having you as part of our family! :)

  2. We are still looking for more members! If you want a Guild that is active with FP's, Ops, Dailies, and/or just simply like helping each other out...we're the Guild that you seek. If you also want a laid back feel...with NO pressure or mandatory things you gotta do, that's us too! :)

We're just here to have fun and be able to experience everything that the game has to offer. We have 6-12 members that are active, daily! (weekday AND weekends). We are a small Guild and would like to keep it that way...BUT we haven't met our quota! So join us now!

  3. Hey all,

We are growing steadily and are looking for more members to run a 2nd Ops group. We have active members that are on every night that run HM FP. We have scheduled Guild Events, as Teivioko had mentioned, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

We are accepting anyone who are interested and are ACTIVE. In our vocabulary, active means a minimum of 3 times a week.

New to the game?..no problem...we will help you grow and make you as experienced as us. Or are you a seasoned Veteran?..we're glad to have you as well! We are currently trying to gain more members to be able to run a 16-man or two groups of 8 for Operations....on a weekly basis!

Check out our website and join the family!

    Thanks!

    Nicodagreat

    Guild Master

  4. Now looking for members that are willing to do Ops on a weekly basis AND HM FP on a daily basis. Looking to do Ops on a weekend or weekday, depending on everyone's schedule...but the goal to is to complete one at least once a week.

We're a laid back Guild...we will accept anyone (fresh 50's and/or experienced players). Free-to-Play is coming in a couple of days..if you're a new player or a returning player, no problem! we'll work with you and help you progress through the game if you need it.

We're all about helping each other out with progression, group content, and end-game content, as a Guild as much as possible. But we also understand that you want your alone time with the game from time to time ;)...

Want to be part of a stress free environment?...but still able to experience and tackle all of the game's contents?....Then come join the family here at Noblesse Oblige!!! (Most website content are restricted to members only)

  5. Still looking for more Tanks and become our Guild's Main Tank. If you're a fresh 50 or have a fresh 50 Alt that's a Tank...no prob, we'll help you grind HM FPs and get you geared up. If you're already geared..then even better! :)

Mostly looking for someone who can play during the weekdays around 8pm - 11pm Central Time. Tuesdays and Thursdays are our most active days as a Guild. Some of us are on Daily completing dailies and tackling HM FPs. It would be a plus if you can play during the weekends as well.

Please read previous posts for more info! :)

Contact me here or in-game if you're interested.

  6. Thanks Baddestchica! :)

We are still recruiting! We are active on our Dailies...we complete HM FP Daily as well..AND we are still recruiting players that are willing to run Ops on a weekly basis.

Scroll up for more info on who to contact. Click on Noblesse Oblige on my signature to be directed to our website.

  7. Playing SWTOR solo because you like going through each Class story?...but then you don't like waiting or looking for a group to do Heroics and Flashpoints? Come join us! and we'll help you get through them! All you have to do is holler, and we'll come running to help! We are an ACTIVE guild, but all that means is that there are people online all the time. We are also a CASUAL guild because there are no pressure on Guild activities that we do. We do hold out events...but it's there so we can have fun as players, it's not mandatory. The only pressure you might see from us, is trying to get everyone on at the same time so we can take a Guild picture lol.

We are here to get the most out of what we're paying for...and SWTOR being an MMO, you can't do them alone!

So come join the family here at Noblesse Oblige!!! :D

  8. Consider us as well..we are the Noblesse Oblige. We are a casual Guild, and when we say casual..it doesn't just mean we play whenever we have time..it means that there are no pressure on Guild activities what so ever. We built this Guild to help each other out on story progress, leveling, and end-game content. We DO hold out weekly Events that members of the Guild can come and join...but it's there so we can have fun, it's not a must.

We're a laid back Guild...we're not going to boot you off the Guild because you left in the middle of a Flashpoint run. Our Guild consists of mature individuals and understand that life comes first. We are here to squeeze out everything that the game has to offer. We have members doing their own thing while they progress through their story and level to 50...then other members get together to do dailies, Hard Mode Flashpoints, and Operations.

The only pressure we give you is trying to get everyone on at the same time so we can have a Guild picture lol...hope that's ok with you?

Website and Voice Server are provided

Look for Nicodagreat or Teivioko in-game if you're interested.

  9. Our Goal: To provide a fun experience and an enjoyable environment for everyone in the Guild.

Noblesse Oblige is a Republic Guild that resides in the Jedi Covenant Server. We are trying to establish a new guild that will consist of ACTIVE players and a Guild that will be around for a long time. We are not looking for a particular player, so newbies, casual, and hardcore gamers are all welcome. Our main focus will be helping each other out through story progression, as well as Heroic Missions and Flashpoints. We will also be participating on Operations and Warzones for good times! :)

We are a group of casual, dedicated, fun, and mature individuals that seeks out eveything the game has to offer. We are a laid back Guild, but never turns down a challenge. If we share the same goal, mind set, and think you will fit in...then you already found your family in SWTOR!

Visit us at our webiste (<--Link). Voice Server is also provided.

Look for, and/or mail, the following characters in-game if you are interested:

    Nicodagreat (Guild Master)

    Teivioko (Officer)

  10. Presumably Qyzen was designed from the start with a Trooper template, then got tweaked to Melee Tank. (Similar to Akaavi Spar who's melee DPS with Trooper/Aim stats.) I suspect the reasoning is that they're meant to go with the trooper armor visuals, and not the Jedi robe/armor look.

Then there's Bowdaar (Melee Tank) who uses Strength gear, despite not being Jedi... Of course, as a wookiee, armor visuals are a non-factor for him.

Gym "So, yeah. Companion stats are just a tad screwed up..." Quirk

So should I ignore the primary Aim stat of Qyzen and equip him with armor and mods with Strength attributes? Or should I stick to equipping him with Aim?

  11. Thanks for the help guys! Appreciate it!

    Now my next question...

Qyzen Fess has a primary stat Aim...by he's melee!!! lol Should I follow his primary stat and equip armor and mods with aim? Or should I equip him with strength?

  12. I just want to verify...do I really need the attribute Strength being a Jedi Shadow? I try to split my mods and armoring between willpower and strength, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I read somewhere that there's "Force Melee"...and I was thinking, if there IS such a thing as Force Melee...then I'm wasting my commendations on armoring and mods that has strength attribute, since willpower increases your Force.

I would appreciate if you guys can help clear things up for me...Thanks!

  13. From what I have read that armor was in beta but dropped before launch along with most or all non-light social gear.

Adaptive gear will scale to the highest tier armor your character can equip.

Oh ok, thanks! Makes sense why it's hard to find answers.

Thanks for the help guys, appreciate it!

  14. Thanks for the link! My sources were TorHead and swtor-spy. When I searched it, I didn't really search for social gear...I searched for heavy armors and saw a Headhunter's Set, and I noticed it was a Custom (Orange) Gear.

Also, now that you mentioned it. Regarding Adaptive Gear and Custom Gears...I thought each tier has its own Armor rating? E.g. Light Armor Custom has lower armor rating that a Heavy Armor Custom... so does adaptive gear adjust the armor rating depending on your toon?

  15. Please help!

    1. Does anybody know how and/or where to get the Headhunter's full gear?

    2. Is this gear graded as a Heavy Armor?

I've searched around, and all I found is that it requires Level 3 Social and requires Level 23.

    Thanks!

  16. It is easy to progress through the game...regardless of what Class and/or path you choose. Like what other people said on this thread...make sure:

    1. Keep your gear up to date (armor, weapon, ect..) It might get tedious at times, as you might have to do it quite often, BUT it is one of the key factors that will help you progress through the game. I would elaborate on this, but it seems like you're new to the game...

    2. Try to do all the quests that area (Planet) has to offer, as it will help you level up enough for you to move on to the next phase. Each area has its own recommended level that you have to be at. You basically set your own difficulty level. If you go to a planet with higher level than your current character, then it will be hard. If you go to a planet with lower level compared to you, then it will be easy.

Level up and update gear, and there should be no reason for you to plateau at level 15.

    Hope that helps! :)

  17. I'm trying to set my skill tree...or at least trying to plan it out once I get to lv50. I've made up my mind to go the Infiltration route. There's one thing I'm not too sure about under the Infiltration tree, which is "Fade" (which lowers the cooldown of Blackout and Force Cloak).

My question is...is Blackout (adds 15 points to stealth ability) really that useful? You end up leaving Stealth Mode during battle anyways, do you not? Because I was thinking, instead of using my points for "Fade" I would use it for "Kinetic Field"

Anybody that has experience with Jedi Shadow...if you could help out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
