  1. What would rock is maybe add an expansion to the Manaan SH that's totally underwater like the new bases in the daily area, with windows out to the underwater, etc, and maybe an area with a new starship hook for the feeding deco that would actually make sense :D
  2. Would be nice, I'm allows up for new armor sets that look sharp, stylish & clearly well-done/ really can tell it had the effort put in (Dark Reaver & Coluni sets comes to mind; Cad Bane Fen Zeil w/ purple glowy blasters <3 is also a great step up, to be fair) (and, yes, not clunky), as well as new high quality lighsaber pikes (namely) bc of my main & alts (then lightsabers), although to put that old promotional content on the vendor would take minimal effort, but if they could put in the time for the content you're mainly attracted to, that'd be preferable, as well.

Also, some of us would be attracted to a new StrongHold (I've been holding out for a Nighttime SH (Ilum SH is my #1 wishist choice, beside fully-modable look Arcann)- bc of Nighttime guilds) and more companion customizations, which is a fav of mine (like Ranos, although I'm also hoping for updated Arcann one's as a Sith & Jedi dressed - as him & Cad Bane Fen w/ purple glowy blasters are tied as my #1 companions (which I never thought I'd like any comp as near as much as Arcann, so I suppose that's at least some progress, from my viewpoint)

I'm all in for Ilum SH.

  3. If you refuse (or use a token) you're treated exactly the same as the other 7 classes. It's very slightly different if you become a mando but the only major post-vanilla content distinction for BH mandos was Mandalore's Revenge during KOTFE, but like most choices in this game, it makes very little difference.

Thanks! That is exactly what I wanted to know.

  4. I'd like to see a wedding for romanced characters.

And NO, not the kind my Jedi Knight had with Doc....

Something that is culturally appropriate. Similar to how the one my Imperial agent had with the guy on Voss. Except that it lasts.

Or make it a Chooseable event: you have the choice of

    1. A Sith-type ritual wedding (this would also include special Dashade options for those who romanced Khem)

    2. A Jedi-type ritual wedding (ya, I know the Jedi don't like attachments. but to hell with that!)

    3. Something that combines the 2 above. (I.e. for Lightsiders that romance Scourge)

    4. A royal-type wedding (Alderaan in the house of your choice)

    5. A Voss-type wedding

    6. A Military wedding (Imperial or Republic) (You can choose either faction)

    7 A Mandalorian wedding

    8. An Outlaw wedding

    9. Other (SUGGESTIONS WELCOME)

You could choose any one of these with either faction (i.e. those married to Akaavi might want a Mando wedding)

    Yes, please!

  5. +1, like a sith sorceror could do that too I suppose.

Jedi sage & sith sorc could both have that.. palpatine only pulls out his hidden lightsaber if someone else is armed. He keeps those deadly cooked fingers of his at the ready, they're all he needs really.

He uses telekenesis to disarm people pretty quickly in fact.

Keep weapon sheathed, sounds more like a preferences thing.. or a passive skill like sprint you can click on or off if needed.

Maybe the lightsaber only comes out to block the occasional shot and gets put away just as quickly, also cool.

Or, instead of blocking with the lightsaber you use nearby objects like rocks, and furniture or whatever.

Or just block with our "talk to the hand" like Valkorian.

  6. I liked the Manaan episode more than the Flashpoint, personally. It reminded me more of the classic planet stories, which I still love.

And, yes, I wait impatiently for more story, hopefully with my LI Theron back in the foreground

  7. ROMANCE COMPANIONS:

A weekly DATE NIGHT mission. In the alliance alerts section, you'll get a mission that your romance wants a date. Mission is heading to cantina somewhere in the galaxy. Cutscene of Player and romance enjoying drink/dinner/dancing, ends back on Odessen with fade to black... Rewards would be influence and companion gift(s). It can be purely cutscene with no dialogue, for me, just something to know our character is in a relationship.

    Bump!

  8. Story mode is supposed to be just that, able to advance the story with limited difficulties.

This is a borderline game breaking event. I got through after dying at least half a dozen times. Waiting for my heroic to reset, throwing shields up and burning down the lesser mobs first. If I got them all great, if not I would wait for the timer for death to end so nothing would respawn and chew on what was left. I got through eventually.

Another question, I know they seriously screwed up our companions but there also seems to be a big issue about how they respond as well. Malgus was useless in dps, borderline in tank and heals were limited. BUT he was also running all over the place. In one room he dashed all around and threw area effects pulling two other mobs on me while I was engaging another. Yeah, I was crushed in seconds. He was on heals while doing the above. Anyone else have that happen?

Yup, luckily I play Sorc, so I could basically just set him to passive and solo my way to the boss. For him, I set Malgus to DPS and I ran around and DOTed.

  9. Yes to all of this please. I am so frustrated right now trying to get some of these wall pieces to work somewhere. The Noble throne facade, Zakuulan walls, Zakuulan weapon racks and so many more items that use only the large block are worthless. I can't understand why Bioware did not think this through or how it made it through testing. Well, actually I can believe it made it through testing. They just release stuff broken and pointless as usual.

The range that we can move items is just way to small and needs to be adjusted so we can place these items against the wall. I know I won't be spending anything on cartel market decorations until they do something about it. It's been a problem for years now.

I would LOVE to be able to put the copero cantina flat against a wall.

  10. yeah this is so completely messed up. lightning sorc in 306 gear dies every single time in seconds. I dropped malgus and got one of my lvl 50 companion with a presence stim and it's no use. I ran into the same thing with my AP BH. not only that, but I'm constantly getting the "can not see the target" when they're right in front of me. I'm literally needing to stand right on top of some of these mobs before i can hit them.

Only way I got through with my Madness sorc was to put comp on DPS, let him go do his thing, while I ran around, self healed, and tossed out Dots.

    Bump!

  12. Trouble is story itself can not support MMO for longer time and BW realised that and gone raid/ops route.

Story is fine, I like stories ,but it looses steam very fast, since story and cinematics arent really cheap content and MMOs need repeatable content.

Just remember Kotfe content and disaster it was, hours of never ending cinematics with just pressing 1 2 or 3 choice.

Also, remember SWTOR launch with hundreds of servers, story isnt really what keeps people playing.

Overall, story driven games are more suitable for single player games which is proven by SWTOR story being single player experience. I get you like story, but you want KOTOR sequel, not SWTOR.

    1. No, I want SWTOR, with my SWTOR characters, strongholds and settings. Single - player games aren't big enough for all that. This game needs to be balanced between the two major play styles, not leaning one way or the other. Besides, I don't like KOTOR or the sequel anyway. I loathe single player games. I like a story that keeps going, patch after patch, not one that just ends.

    2. Don't assume what other people want. It's rude.

  13. Good idea only this is in the game already ... sort of... or at least it is supposed to be.

    Story Mode - Easy Mode

    Veteran Mode - Hard Mode

Master Mode - You're Soon to be Dead Mode (I jest)

Those were supposed to be the difficulty regulators for the whole game. BUT

The complainers want Story Mode aka Easy Mode changed to suite them and not the New player with No gear whom now gets their Butts kicked. Or by players that simply want to play the STORY without having to fear for our lives in every single fight. Or be swarmed by 6 or 10 mobs that totally ignore the Tank and want one thing, to KILL the PLAYER.

I mean come on now. We are the Saviors of the Universe not the Underdog that gets our rears Stomped by some Lowly Guards? We just Destroyed the Immortal Emperor and defeated Malgus.... Multiple Times and a bunch of Guards Kicks our Butts.... REALLY?

Please Leave Story Mode Alone it is supposed to be Easy. It is supposed to be balanced for the LOWEST GEARED player that can attempt it, NOT THE HIGHEST GEARED.

There should NEVER be a SINGLE PLAYER that CANNOT complete any chapter, mission or fight in Story Mode. EVER!

Being Dead all the Time IS NOT FUN!

And, games are supposed to be fun, not work.
