What do you all think which race should one choose for PvE?
They used to say Chiss used to rule for DPS but not sure if that is still the case?
What, that outrageous, I've always found Chiss tanks to be the best!

for those still looking to get this achievement: There are loads of neutral criminals hanging around capitol square in the government district (that's the top right area of the world map, and the mid-left area of the local map), generally in groups of 2-3. I managed to complete this achievement after doing like four complete circuits around the area.

So I've recently upgraded my SSD and reinstalled SWTOR but to my shock the launcher hasn't updated????
(I have to admit, I do like the old launcher it's much more simple)
Will this cause me issues tomorrow?

I see a lot of zeros when I pull up crafting panels even though I have the materials.
I've always put it down to a bad data transfer.
I just exit out and retry it to get the data to try and load again.
So to fix the friends list every time it "break" relaunch the game? in other words turn it off and on again

Out of interest is the bug with the friends list ever going to get fixed ?
I believe it's been broken since day one?
The following happens not just me:
Show a random number of online friends, then you open the window it shows no one online,
Doesn't show anyone number of online people, then you open the window and it shows like 4 people online
People are online and it doesn't show them being online

hey folks,
i just spoke with the team to get an update and the team is actively testing a possible fix. Right now the plan is to check back in an hour and i am hoping to have more information at that time.

Congrats to zerokronos, sirmoshi, and MoyaSP with the correct answer of Pennsylvania. I have to say, I didn't realize I gave off the "Cali vibe." A lot of guesses for California!

So SWTOR was released on December 20, 2011 with massive amounts of promises.
"The game had 1 million subscribers within three days of its launch, making it the world's "fastest-growing MMO ever". However, in the following months the game lost a fair share of its subscriptions, but has remained profitable"Which is now the cartel market....
Development started before 2008 and after 8 years you would of thought the swtor team would of learnt from the mistakes they have made but it doesn't seem that they have.
I know that most of the team original team has been replaced but this shouldn't stop the game from progressing and developing... WOW is over 10 years old but it's showing that it could go on for another 10 years, unlike SWTOR

How is this fun? waiting for the server to come up, when we don't even know what the problem is????
Eric is giving away free cartel coins to "lucky" people. I don't know about everyone else but for me the SWTOR website takes ages to load? and even switches to maintenance mode... (I am not getting this any other site)
And early access for the UK people HAHA, its currently 8PM and the server are still down so that what like a day gone? knowing Bioware when the game goes live for all people it will be released at around midday (UK time)
I am sat thinking why am i still playing this game ... but my love of Star Wars is too strong....

Hey folks,
Without spoiling anything, there have been some questions about the end of Ziost currently and whether this is intended or not. It is 100% intended, it is not a bug, and there is definitely more coming… And it is coming soon. The finale event for this story will happen Monday, May 4th and it will not require a patch.
Evacuate Ziost while you have the chance!

Order Sixty Six is looking for new raiders to join our main raid team.
We are currently looking for 1 Healer and 1 DPS.
Basic info about the guild:
We're a small guild made of mature experienced MMO players for lots of different games, we have been playing together for the last 2 years.
We use a TeamSpeak system to communicate and a website for planning events and forum access.
Our current progress in SWTOR:
We have cleared most of the available content in SWTOR.
We have lost a few members because they feel there is a lack of content in the game at the moment, but with new drop of content coming out at the end of April we are hoping to recruit the 1 Healer and 1 DPS to our raid team.
We are currently raiding 3 nights a week (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday starting at 07:30pm UK time)

Galactic Seasons levels not unlocking after spending cartel coins

Not sure if anyone has seen this but it's not listed as a known bug (or I cannot see it)
I purchased 5,500 cartel coins and unlocked level 69, the game took my cartel coins however no levels were unlocked.
Within the ledger on swtor.com, it seems the 100 spent cartel coins for each level.
I have since completed a quest and unlocked another a level, but now I'm out 100 cartel coins...
