  1. Before they add loos to the ships I want to see them take the Jedi Knight/Jedi Consular ship, move the cargo locker down to the same compartment the crafting table is in, and then remodel the upper-deck compartment as sleeping quarters for my companions, so I don't find them draped all over the benches asleep when I come out of my cabin in the morning.

Hear hear. One of these days Qyzen's going to kick over the game table.

  2. It's a nice break from the grind, more about the journey than the destination. The macrobinocular quests are pretty cool, It's nice to have a few puzzles that aren't about how good you are at platforming or noticing when a boss is telegraphing its next move. And scavenger hunts that aren't as big a pain as certain holocrons.

The seeker droid... eh, could be a decent moneymaker (got some nice stuff on Tatooine), at least until it screws up the market.

  3. I play both, though usually I end up with a few more females in any given game because they have better hairstyles. Notice how the majority of male NPCs and players have the same two/three hairstyles or go bald or hatted? Plus sometimes you just like the voice better, and you're going to hear it a lot.

Anyway, the character you choose to play doesn't reflect on you as a person at all, unless you use it as an excuse to showcase how much of a fool you are. Are there really people out there who think, "man, Metroid is a good game, but it'd be so much better if Samus hadn't turned out to be a girl"? Give me a break.

  4. To completely screw up the tone of this thread, Bertie Carvel is the male IA. He had a brief role in the Les Miserables movie, and in a few weeks we're going to see him in Matilda on Broadway. Musicals are more my girlfriend's expertise since she grew up close to New York City, but it's still pretty awesome to hear more of someone's cool voice.

Okay, back to your regularly scheduled anime. Andronikos Revel, anyone?

  5. 50 to 55 seems to lack the class story line hence it seems faster and easier. Its a shame though It would have been nice have seen something other then INTERLUDE on the character log in screen. I think this was just a means for them to inject more dollars into the game becuase clearly they did not continue the class sagas.

But I suppose what can you expect for 9 bucks and change.

Apparently the Imperial Agent's switches to Chapter 4 pretty early on, and my bounty hunter switched over at about 52/53 or so. The planet story seems tailored to each class, so I suppose this is could be a jumping-off point for the next additions to the class quests.

  6. Go Sith Marauder/JedI Sentinel. Use vibroblades instead of sabers.

    Voila.

My sorcerer uses a Gamorrean Axe to express his warrior heritage.

I hear vibrostaffs are more viable now too, which I hope means I can use backstab. I wasn't thinking and made my Zabrak a shadow. Nothing against Darth Maul, but still I feel a little foolish every time she whips that double-bladed lightsaber out.

  7. Name changes are a standard paid feature in many MMOs.

Bioware has the technology in place from all the server merges.

No idea why Bioware hasn't made it available, they are usually very eager to get our money. :D

    I support the OP.

Probably they don't want people whining for their money back the next time they hit us with server merges.

  8. Try a cynical take on the cowardly medic trope: Allies are meat shields. Why not have them do all the dirty work while you stand back keeping their corpses from stinking up the room and waiting for the loot to drop? If you could, say, keep a trio of attack droids whaling on your opponents, soaking up the damage and aggro, wouldn't you?
  9. Ugh, Jorgan. We'll find out about how they plan to implement companion SGRs whenever the heck they're good and ready. I wouldn't get my hopes up - regardless of orientation, none of my characters have ended up able to romance anyone I'd want them to romance. And with flirts, the rhyme and reason seems to be "cross your fingers and hope you've got the right character in the right place at the right time to catch the table scraps".
