  1. If no one complains about a class and asking for the nerf - this class deserve a buff. Currently it is a guardian.

     

    Umm i have a level 50 juggernaut and i feel as overpowered as my sentinel so no it doesnt try get a good spec or ofc l2p u should be going with in jugg terms impale in dps spec and up to grip no channel time in defense

  2. He stated its not where it should be. Great, admitting it is step one. Now lets get to work on improving survivability. All pvp sorc/sage appreciate finally hearing the truth and hopefully this shuts up the people claiming these classes are fine. Thanks Mr. Ohlen.

  3. umm no not really all marauders need is the heal removed or maybe replaced with the one juggernaut and guardian has short term 6k heal without that heal over time they die incredibly fast which is how they should be the problem at the moment is with watcman spec healing them constantly they haveto high surviveabilty guarded by the force would then not be op
  4. mm its a fair point but if they do reduce the amount of ccs then they have to decrease healing again and remove or put on much longer cooldown everyones multiple bubbles
  5. I think empire side on fatman server needs a balance. How can we lose 23 matches in a row?

    In fact I think a solution would be separate premades and pugs.

    Solo Q should be more balanced, repub side is way to strong cause its easy to gear yourself on strong pvp items. For this I think they should separate by valor and gear (gear should have some scoring points system so you know that if you are geared on recruit youll be against recruit players or less geared players and so on).

    Empire side should have some kind of buff when you have so many matches lost or repub side.

    Lets keep a balanced pvp system for new lvl 50 players cause pvp end game needs a big improvement.

     

    Its simple really the problem is you are in those 23 matches in a row remember theres more then just your wz going on im sure other teams winning just they dont have sucky you dragging them down lols

    The solution to the PVP and Warzone problems is quite simple. ROLL BACK PATCH 1.2

     

    Never will happen but there you are. Bioware fails again. I think they will have to replace "mythic fail" with "Bioware fail" at this rate.

     

    i really dont understand it just seems like people like you are leaving game becuase you dont like fair pvp only unbalanced via huge gear diference so that you can feel liek you are a good pvper?? lol

  7. it takes like 2 weeks to get full battlemaster that is nothing lol and warhero actually gives a good amount of everything just not expertise if you think pvp was more balanced pre patch you either didnt play only pvpd below level 50 or are a troll from blizzard lol
  8. well with that said.. considering the way guardian is set up.. they should not hit this high.. they are hitting harder then actual dps classes.. it needs to be toned down

     

    there is only one dps class and thats sentinel rest are all healers or tanks hybrids so no there not hiiting harder then sentinels lol are you nuts guardian has dps spec

  9. This guy is essentially correct. I already stated it... please read above folks. If someone is in range to attack you with a blaster, you are in range to attack them with charge. Range is meaningless in this game against good melee players.

     

    For that matter, so is heavy armor. The mitigation between that and light is very minimal, and most of the better high damage attacks in PvP completely bypass armor anyway. Defensive CDs and mobility afford much, much greater survivability and Marauders have the lion's share of those.

     

    my sentinel full bm has like 25% armour juggernaut has 50% and its only lvl 49 clearly armour is a big diference

  10. The problem is the heals from watchman basically and possibly guarded by the force should be like 2min cooldown not 1min30 im sure if the heal was nerfd to 1% or even removed i dont really know why its there tbh give them a short term heal like endure pain off of juggernaut maybe ;p
  11. more crys from a fellen op nub basically you want a gear game not a skill game the funiest bit was the 1.2 expertise nerfs made me die before i can get a combo rotation off lol you must suck try moveing maybe instead of standing on the spot trying to tank with a ranged class lols
  12. lol its probably one of the ebst abilites for surviveabilty in pvp except ofc you have to have it featd up to 15% armour buff maybe if bioware would make the 15% standard be better but rly its awesome abilty and no issue with rage cost coz the heal is jsut a bonus when u got 70% odd armour not to mention when ur spamming charge for the extra 20% makeing it more like 90%
  13. i must admit i have seen some weird stuff even from myself when i have done force grip on someone on my jugg or sentinel if i move while doing it it cancels but apply for lik 1 sec then you can still cast it or maybe its lagg i dont know doesnt happen everytime also the void star needs to be sriously looked at

     

    the other day had game after game where i would die like 1 seconds after bomb was planted and by the time i got out the second doors were already planted or blown >>

  14. Well give it a month and the newbs will know what they are doing like the leavers if thats even whats happend personally i think its all the republic have made imp alts and visa versa so its still the republic loseing lol

     

    also there as everyone im sure has noticed been a stupidly high amount of reroles to sentinels and marauders most of which is suspect were sorcere sage mains before nerf anyways its never all one way

  15. I know I'm going to get a lot of people saying "Learn to play" or "Sentinels weren't buffed that much" (from the Sentinel players obviously). But let me make my case.

     

    I'm a pretty darn good PvPer. Usually the highest on DPS and medals on my server (Wall of Light). Pre 1.2, there were sentinels out there who couldn't even fight their way out of a paper bag. Now they're destroying other classes who have 30-50% more expertise than them.

     

    At first I thought I was just imagining things-that it was all in my head, and that I need to L2Play or I was doing something wrong. So I dueled one of my friend's alts who is still in columni/BM gear and he hasn't pvp'd since February. My commando is in full BM gear + 1 piece of War Hero. Out of 5 duels, I lost 4 and barely won one.

     

    To me, a good pvper should be judged on their skill and not their class. When Bioware takes a class and makes it so that even a newbie pvper can take down a veteran PvPer I think something is wrong. Did my commando's grav rounds need to be nerfed? Yes. Did sages need to be nerfed? Yes. Did Scoundrels burst DPS need to be nerfed? Yes. If they did those things, things would more or less be balanced. But why buff sentinels this much??

    At this point, I'm considering not pvping anymore till they fix sentinels. I have never felt this way about anything/any class since launch till now.

    its because sentinel was usless pre 1.2 unless u were geard i managed to get fully geard like 2 weeks before the patch and noticed no change except for the fully bm geard people died about the same rate as sparesly geard if they dont have there bubbles they die easy before 1.2 u couldnt even kill a sorc if had betetr expertise then you it would jsut tank you standing still let alone bounty hunters

    they are tanks for precisely 17 seconds so umm ok? lol other then that the most squishy class in the game seriously these noob sorcs and other ranged need to learn they cant stand still outheal marauders or sents anymore is why so many cries kite as you should on a ranged and use your 20 sec cd ccs you will kill them easily lol mean while bounty hunters way out dps marauders and have about the same survive plus there ranged so even more if they know how to play which most dont

  17. This one is aimed at all the short-sighted Marauders/Sents that are fearful of a nerf, as that would mean they'd need to re-roll again (maybe to a PT as they seem to be doing quite well)

     

    I've always said marauder/sent damage is fine, i want no changes to that, they are meant to dish out some hurt.....

    What they do need is to lose the Undying rage/Guarded by the force as it is far, far too OP.

     

    This is where all the biased Sents/Maras seem to completely miss the point, and they may say that "oh but thats been in the game since the start"......To this i say, yes it has, and it never should have been in the first place, it has no business being on any class, let alone a DPS one, but aside from that, the recent changes to expertise drastically lowering the TTK make this ability even more out of control.

    5 seconds of complete damage immunity is stupid, especially given the amount of damage being thrown out now. You say the ability hasnt been changed, and maybe it hasnt theoretically, but its effectiveness has certainly increased with recent changes.

     

    yet sorceres bounty hunters and operative sall have there own bubbles and they are ranged? the reason you get owned by sents is the sabre ward tbf guarded by the force is only 5 seconds if u die in 5 seconds and your not playing a mrauder who has no ccs then you suck basically just cc them
