  1. My top concern for damage in PVE is somehow normalizing unload procs. I have no idea as to how...maybe give other abilities to proc barrage, idk. But as of now, too much of our dps relies on good barrage procs in my opinion.

     

    2nd was to shorten electro net cooldown to 1 minute

    Increase the % chance from 45 to 55? in the skill tree, as is my merc dps is more based on luck than skill for top #'s vs my sniper.

     

    3. improve set bonus back to something along the lines of 2 set = 15% crit to TM and reduction of rail shot cost by 8 and 4 set keep +8% damage to rail shot.

  2. Like stated above get your accuracy from initiative 28+

     

    All augs should be reflex all mods power (agile 28+) and remaing enhancements adept 28+

     

    To get BIS going to take allot of ultimate coms & UW tokens esp offhand

  3. New set bonus should stay for small boost the 8% will give to arsenal/pyro and commando equiv.

     

    Also Raise the minimum on tracer missile some, while leaving the new 2.0 high for a dps boost. (To raise dmg a little and help with erratic dps due to rng)

     

    Increase Hired muscle to 6% will help all 3 specs, plus it's a 3 point talent with just 3%??

     

    And heat issues be address:

    E.G.

    Improve Terminal Velocity to 10 heat vented every 6 secs.

     

    lower cool-down of improved vents and thermal sensor

     

    For PVP

     

    Net really needs it cool down lowered drastically 45/60 secs.

    tech override/power surge cool down lowered.

     

    Still might not enough to get us into Ranked, suggestions are simple to implement and would least be a start.

  4. That would fix some of the mobility issues (unload is our hardest hitter and is 3sec +/- cast)

  5. I had noticed weird heat issues but 1st blew them off as rng.

     

    But after upgrading 5 agile mods & 2 initiative enhancements from lvl 26 to lvl 27 plus adding 1 hazmat implant. I ran 5 5 min parses to compare vs last 5 5 min parses I ran in 1.3 on ops dummy and saw a averaged loss of DPS.

     

    That's when I went in deeper and found same intermittiate issues.

  6. Above post is 100% correct

     

    Tested & noticed all during 10 5m parses and during PVE encounters.

     

    I've lost a good 200dps on ops dummy vs 1.3 and that's with 1 hazmat implant, 5 agile 27 mods & 2 initiative 27 enchancements replacing 26's.

     

    98.89% accuracy vs 100.24%

    999 power vs 1020

    21 more aim

    Surge same

    Crit same minus tiny main stat boost from added 21.
