    There are specific requirements that must be met for these requests, as follows:

     

    • The country of residence on your account must be listed as Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore or another appropriate Asia Pacific country. You must also reside in that country.

    • You must have already redeemed your product code for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

    • You must have an active account, by setting up a recurring subscription or applying a Game Time Code.

    • Only level 10 or above characters are eligible for transfer.

    • Characters created after February 28th on an EU or US server are not eligible for transfer.

     

    Getting characters transferred via Customer Service is a manual process with checks included. Please do not expect a transfer to complete quickly. However, if you are qualified, Customer Service will be happy to help you.

     

    yay i met all those conditions, i also applied to have 3 toons transferred only 1 got done.

    i didn't realize swtor had customer support. i mean they ignore web forms, emails, in game tickets the only thing ive got left to do is call them.

    coincidentally if i reverse charge the customer support line from Australia do ya think they will accept the call.

     

    im not a happy person atm, logging on to an empty guild since all my friends got transferred.

  2. This is a specific, one-off character transfer process for those who were playing on US and European servers before Asia-Pacific servers were available for play. When a broader, more robust character transfer system is available, we'll make that very clear to all players.

     

    For anyone who missed the initial window but may still be eligible, we'll have some more news on that before too long.

     

    id just settle for customer support getting off there *****es and doing their dam job. ive filled 3 tickets since my apac transfer broke. only 1 out of 3 got transferred before i got the email saying its complete.

     

    out of the 3 tickets the 3rd finally got an answer from a GM. "im sorry i cant do anything, im going to close the ticket and escalate it to a specialized team". fantastic canned response.

     

    im not asking much i just want them to retry the transfer if it dosent work tell me i can stop wasting my time and re-roll on the Aussie servers

     

    *editied* im still waiting for the transfer problem to be fixed, now that all my friends / guildies have been transferred. im sitting here bored stupid in an almost empty guild

    all drop down menu's on the page are not showing. all cookies, history has been cleared, tried re-logging into the account management, tried with 3 different browsers IE, Firefox and chrome
