    New player Question: Can Vengeance Juggernaut Tank

    I was off since the dread masters release, now with the discipline system; by my surprise, im unable to adapt and gave up on immortal [sadly since i love tanking on jugg].

     

    The odd stuff appeared when i started farming tatical flashpoints, as dps, and ending turning soresu on and guarding someone. Then the spark hit my mind: Why not ?

     

    Note here that im not talking about "skank tank" or idk how you guys call it. Im talking about fully geared as tank, with soresu, shield and everything else as VENGEANCE.

     

    Feel free to bash me now :rolleyes:

    Exactly. Those triggers were put into place before you could quick travel to planets, when the only way to travel from planet to planet was by your ship. Removing those triggers might cause game-breaking issues in those questlines.

     

    Change "Listen to trigger ID # to Check CurrentMapID #

     

    I'm just presuming. Any resemblance with the actual code is merely coincidence.

    The fact that you're a subscriber means Jack. Diddly. Squat as far as stopping gold sellers is concerned. Blizzard don't do **** and they have an infinitely larger budget than TOR does and is a sub only game. Trion don't do ****, PWE don't do ****, NCSoft don't do ****. About a hundred other F2P games don't do **** either. As long as there's infintely more ways for gold sellers to operate within the rules of character creation and f2p limits, there's nothing Bioware or any other Dev studio can do to slow it. You can either put them on ignore like the rest of us and continue on, or unsub. Your pick.

     

    Any company, while still getting paid for their players, won't do ****. Second, they don't sell CC so, no one will do ****. Third, it is a signal that the game is being popular, and even more, company profits increase with gold sellers.

    My personal opinion. (With a grain of Inq)

     

    Being a Sith is a privilege, a chance of freedom by starting without the zealot close mind of the Jedi, the eternal struggle to stay alive and be ahead of my enemies only makes me stronger.

     

    Live to seek knowledge, use it to ensure you will live; and gather more knowledge.

     

    If i was unable to gather enough knowledge to survive the destruction of the galaxy at the time it occurs, i outlived my usefulness. I accept my destruction gladly.

     

    I will never raise my hand against Lord Vitiate. (I guess the free 60 will go to my Wrath ^^)

    I don't have SoR yet but, after seeing the "Rise of Emperor" and watching what it is about, im completely disgusted.

    The lack of choices rarely bother me, but Rise of Emperor, if im forced to go against Lord Vitiate, ill lvl to 60 doing space missions if necessary, i got angry when i realized i needed to buy the expansion just after enabling a long lasting sub, but now, im relieved i don't need to see it... yet.

    This quest have a stupid coding behind it, die in the last enemy to reset the whole quest, lovely, i can't take Bioware stench from my armor now, no matter how many times my droid wash it.:mon_tongue:

    Do you mean Tsil?

     

    Anyway, Light and Dark "side" are the oldest deception of the Star Wars Universe, and by the time of the Old Republic, Sith "Purebloods" have a high concentration of Sith genetic material, but none of them are 100%, thanks to the Dark Jedi.

     

    Personally i can't say that the 100% pure, original Sith race is dark, the force manifestation in Korriban was the only kind they were presented with, i can't even say that was the "dark side". Anyone have any records of pure Sith (race) being corrupted? In the fate of the Sith specie, we will never know what happened.

     

    We will never know the truth about Tho Yor as well.

    Folks,

     

    A slew of storms tearing through the midwest. That might have something to do with it. This may not be an EA problem. There are power outages all over the place that may affect East Coast servers.

     

    5 East Servers, and the storm caught only one. Really?? K-mon.

     

    Thats 9000/4001 fault.
