    How to deal with credit inflation...

    First, for those of us that have been playing and subscribing for the last 10 years, we should be rewarded 1B credits for each year. Simple math says that if you were a subscriber for since launch, that's $1800 (USD) you have invested into this game via subscription fees. How much more have you invested buying Cartel Coins in order to keep this game going? We should have LOTS of credits. This game would be dead without us.

     

    Second, for new players and free to play players or players that have left the game and coming back to a huge credit inflation, get over it. How much have you invested? $15 (USD)? Do you think this game would still be around if not for those people that have been around since launch? As a matter of fact, let me help you afford items you want within the game. Spend some actual money on a subscription!!! Then spend some actual money on some Cartel Coins. With those Cartel Coins, buy the Master Datacron. Then sell those Master Datacrons on the GTN for 600M credits each. BOOM...you can now afford items in SWTOR by putting some actual investment into the game.

    An Imperial Operations team is looking for a capable tank that understands their class and have some knowledge of the boss fights. We run Fridays and Saturdays from 9PM - 11PM Eastern Time. We are currently working on Master Mode Brontes and will move to Master Mode Dxun until 7.0 releases R-4 Anomaly. Discord and Starparse are required.

    Though the year...each expansion is pretty much the same with a few exceptions....

     

    1. Get to 4B credits - done

    2. Stockpile Personal Conquest Requisition (is 16x enough) - done

    3. Get DVL XP Bonus armor ready - done

    4. Stockpile XP Boosts - done

    5. Stockpile MK-11 Kits (is 100x enough) - done

    6. Get 10k Tech Fragments - in-progress

    From my limited testing on the PTS, one thing I noticed that is kind of bothering me is that I am getting stacks of Wrath on my Madness Sorc yet none of the abilities nor tooltips mention being able to build stacks of Wrath. Was this an oversight? What made it stick out was that if you took the Overloaded Strike, then the 4 stacks of Wrath did not make the Overloaded Strike an instant ability. If you are going to have a passive that builds stacks of Wrath, please put a passive in the ability tree AND consider adding Overloaded Strike to one of the abilities that can be insta-cast.

    Close knit 8-person Operations team looking to backfill our open spots.

    We are currently progressing through the older Master Mode Operations...

    what's the harm in leaving the PTS up for another week? with the understanding that we won't get patches. I was in the process of crafting MK-11 kits and augs but with the removal of getting Jawa Junk from disintegrating medpacs, it was slow going

    Can we get some clarity as to "personal loot" vs "group loot"? From the few times you've mentioned it, it sounds like if our group kills an FP or Ops non-final boss, that the loot will be "personal loot".

     

    Does that mean I don't have to roll on it and it automatically goes into my vault? Or does that mean everyone can still roll on that item? Does that mean everyone in the group gets "personal loot" per boss or will only one person in the group get "personal loot" per boss?

     

    From what I saw in VM Hammer Station and SM Karagga's Palace, nothing has changed and that everyone could still roll on all the loot for all the bosses.

    Timed weekly needs to be renamed to GSF weekly

    Please do not tell me that Ben "RNGesus" Irving took a break from Anthem to infect the timed weekly mission? I just don't get how for weeks that the timed weekly seemed to be a rotating mission to suddenly RNG based.

     

    Musco, you guys seriously need to look into putting some kind of "bad luck protection" into anything that has to do with RNG. I get that it's a huge part of the game, but there should be some limit. In this example GSF should still have a chance to show up HOWEVER, it's chance of showing up should not be exactly the same as the others. In fact, I think it's been 9-10 weeks since it was the PVP, 7-8 weeks since the SM Ops, and 4 weeks since the MM FPs. That would mean that PVP should have the best chance of getting picked. Sure, GSF should still have a chance...but it should be less than the others.

    Anyone want to create either an all Trooper / Bounty Hunter team? I was thinking...

     

    2 x Vanguard / Powertech Tanks (one that can swap to DPS for solo tanking fights)

    1 - 2 x Vanguard / Powertech DPS

    2 - 3 x Commando / Mercenary DPS

    2 x Commando / Mercenary Heals

     

     

    Is there anyone left out there that might want to give this a try?
