  1. 1. I got on the balloon with a SW 14 levels below me. I challenged him to a duel on the balloon. I completely forgot that they have a push back ability. I landed with a sliver of health only to get attacked and killed by some reptile thing.

    2. Once my Assassin got his ship. I did nothing but space missions all the way to level 42. It was great not hearing Andronikos Revel saying stupid things. I can't do space missions sober.

    3. I challenge people to duels who discuss regions or politics in general chat. When I am playing, I want to escape into my delusional world and I am willing to kill to maintain my delusion.

    4. I won an "ugliest toon" contest my guild had. I still have him. Great big fat guy with greasy hair. I put him in the ventilated scalene armor just to gross people out.

    5. I created a male toon that looks as close to Freddie Mercury as I could get him. I have him in a nice, revealing pink and white outfit.

    6. I like to PVP while intoxicated.

    7. I have managed to rack up 200 million+ credits by selling mats. I quit doing that and keep the mats for myself and just craft everything I need (mostly).

    8. The sound of an ugnaught makes me physically ill.

    9. I am not a big time gamer. This was the first MMO I played. The first toon I played, I was so scared of dying that I waited until mortar volley cooled down and used it to start every fight. It took 5 months to get to level 50.

    10. When it came time to pick my first advanced class, I was given a back pack looking thing. I couldn't sell it or get rid of it so I just stashed it. A year later, I tried right clicking on it. I am such a dork.

    11. A friend of mine, who is a competitive jerk, talked me into playing this game. He quit playing when I got better at it then he did. We're still friends.

    12. In the Senate tower, if I have to go upstairs, I jump off the second floor just so I don't have to spend the next 45 minutes running down the stairs.

    13. When someone asks how to do something in general chat, I still think alt-F4 is the best answer.

    14. Kehm Val sounds all sophisticated but I'll bet in his native tongue, he is a slack jawed yokel and I am pretty sure Qyzen Fess speaks like crazed Pentecostal minister in his language.

    15. Funniest line in the game: Sith Inquirer picking up a side quest on Tattoine: "I'm quite certain I didn't say 'please expendable worm, tell me about your life.'"

    16. I would pay $1,000 to dress all my toons in "droug" garb from "A Clockwork Orange".

    17. Flesh raiders?

    18. The Galactic Trade Network, you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. I am a proud participant.

    19. I filled up an entire cargo bay tab with slot machine tokens the day before they changed it.

    20. After a difficult fight, I say aloud a Bruce Willis line from "The Fifth Element"; "Anybody esle wanna negotiate?"

  2. Does it behoove me to send a companion who has a critical skill out on a rich yield mission or does it matter?

For example, if a Sith Warrior sends 5 companions on treasure hunting missions, should Vette get the rich yield mission since she has +5 critical for treasure hunting?

Is she more likely to crit on a rich yield than an abundant yield or does it matter?

I am also not talking about mission discoveries. Those always bring back the good stuff.

  3. Given 2.7 prices on GTN for dread forged relics for example are insanely expensive. At one point as high as 25 million for focused retribution!

Of course some folks (the really rich folks that have been playing this game for years) can afford that but i assume a very large portion of the game doesn't come close to having that much TOTAL.

I feel that some people on GTN take advantage of others and offer things that are incredibly high in price. underworld relics for example are pretty reasonable and cheap and extremely effective relics yet the difference between both now is more than 10 million.

The fact that some sell dye modules for 5 million when you can get them with cartel coins cheap makes me wonder if there should be limit on certain items.

  4. Be sure to find a guild that fits your play style, be it casual, hardcore, PVP, etc.

If the guild you join isn't working out for you, don't let that spoil you on guilds. Politely bow out and try another one.

    Best of luck to you!

  5. Yep you gotta check yourself.

I posted a 10 stack of crafting material for 1200 when I meant to post at 12000 then posted another 8 stacks at the same price. Somebody got some cheap mats. Gratz to whoever you are!

  6. What would really be cool is to walk into your pad, have all your alts setting there and then have the option to duel with one of your alts. Maybe even make companions fight each other for your entertainment.

What would also be cool is if the house/apartment had a big screen TV and the game could interface with the computer's media player then actually watch a DVD or other media in your SWTOR house.

  7. According to the link below, Scorpio has not customizations (BOOOOO):

    http://dulfy.net/2012/02/16/companion-customization-vendor-list/

It would be great if she did, she is one of my favorite companions.

The Tech blades and Vibro swords don't have anything that will display the color of their crystal, as far as I know. Maybe even if it would glow the color of the crystal would be neat but I think we are out of luck for the time being.

  8. I just finished Belsavis...

Scorpio is now my companion. I have had only one conversation with her and tried to assure her that I didn't have it in for her and she was welcome on the team but all I got was attitude from her. She is still plotting to kill me.

Am I going to have to fight her again? Does she attack others on the ship?

Just need to know what I am in for.

  9. How did you even make the connection between the Valiant Jedi armor and the one he posted? They are both robes with hoods down is where the similarities end. Color, robe patterns, armor patterns, armor style (shoulder pads), belt over/under robe, are all different. I'm half surprised you didn't link a smuggler piece.

Because I am a complete and total idiot and recognize that you are better than me in every way. Thankfully I have your vast knowledge and expertise to correct me when I am too busy sobering all over myself to correctly identify an armor set.

Has your ego been satiated enough for the time being or do I need to need to explain ad nausium how your appearance, car, computer, education and physical endowment make mine look suicidally pathetic in comparison?

  10. That appears to the the Valiant Jedi Armor set. It is available through the Cartel market or you can probably find it on the GTN. Be prepared to shell out some credits though.

Take a look at these images to make sure that is the one you are thinking of:

  11. How about we get to duel our companions or even another character from our legacy while the computer plays that character.

We could practice against different roles and play style (tank vs DPS or Healer vs DPS). Not only that, it would be fun!

  12. As a professional troll, I feel that troll kind is really being left out of this game and many others. As trolls, we are willing to pay for in game conveniences that would make our QOL so much better. Here are some suggestions for great items for the trolls of SWTOR:

Troll Whisperer - 2,500 CC - Use: When activated, every player who has the troll on their ignore list will receive random whispers from the troll of a suggestive but family friendly nature for 12 hours.

Troll Coloring - 10,000 CC - Use: Gives the troll the ability to change dye modules in all the equipment on one other player character. The new dye module will destroy the current dye module and may not be removed for one hour.

Troll CC - 15,000 CC - Use: apply unbreakable CC to a team mate in a WZ. Only one Troll CC per WZ.

Troll healing - 20,000 CC - Use: In group play, this ability immediately breaks all CC and causes all enemies within a 200 meter radius to attack the healer(s). After the healer is dead, the player is vote kicked and placed on all party members ignore list without their knowledge.

Troll pets - 30,000 CC - Use: infects the pets of the troll with the "rage virus". Pets will now attack other players causing 7 damage per bite or scratch. Pets may be killed by other players. However, by killing an infected pet, 100 credits is transferred to the troll.

Troll Guilds - 100,000 CC - 4 or more players must purchase and then form a troll guild. Each player in the guild gets unlimited access to guild chat of any other guild. Every player in the guild must purchase the troll guild unlock every 30 days.

Troll GTN - 500,000 CC - Use: compels one random player looking for an item that the troll is selling to automatically buy the item at whatever outrageous price the troll has set. If the player does not have enough credits, the gear and contents of the inventory and cargo hold of all of the characters in the players legacy is sold until the debt is paid.

C'mon EA/BW, there is no way that you won't make $500 OMGillion on these ideas. Not only that, you will have legions of loyal, sociopathic, if somewhat broke trolls for years to come.
