[Nature of Progress Nightmare Progression Board]

In the context of a progression race, it's up to the devs to decide what is an exploit and what is not. In other games, players don't decide what's valid, the devs do. If this kill is considered unfair, then trust that the devs will take necessary action.

[Make all specs that have "stacks" get them without having to pick utility]

As stated in title, after playing a mercenary and marauder, who both have "stacks" they have to spec into a utility to pre-stack for a fight, i noticed ap powertechs have their stacks (energy lode) baked-in to their talents, freeing up a utility point. Seems like such a minor thing, but wondering why only powertechs have something like this baked-in to their talent tree, and why the other classes have to waste a utility point to get it.

[DPS LF HM/NiM ops group (Imp)]

Recently returned player (stopped playing KOTFE) lf ops group/guild that runs HM and are planning on running NiM.

I have scattered HM experience during KOTFE days, and haven't run any NiM, but I have vast experience of top end progression and clears from other mmos (high end ranked mythic WoW clears and ranked FFXIV savage clears)

Currently playing as a Marauder, but am open to switching to an Assassin.

[Act 3 Closing Bugged out for Bounty Hunter]

I just finished leveling and completed my bounty hunter story about a week ago, and have run into this same problem. Did not get an achievement for ACT 3 completion for Bounty Hunter, nor the associated rewards (20 CC, Decoration). It has been about a week since I sent in a ticket, but I have not received a reply. I want to continue the story, but haven't even started on Ilum and won't until this issue is resolved.

I just finished Bounty Hunter Chapter 3, and the same issue: have heroic moment ability and the icon is lit up in character select, but do not have achievement, nor the associated rewards with it (20 CC and stronghold decoration).
