Hello friends I'm making a return to the game after almost 2 years off. I have no clue what to play in the current state of the game. My only intention at end game is to play ranked solo/groups so just kinda curious what my best bet is class wise. I play pretty much everything.

I stopped playing a few months after release and have no idea which spec is the way to go for leveling? I think I used to go with tank spec and a healing companion so I'd never die but not sure if that is still the way to go

I love defence for leveling but I do terrible pvp damage. I now have a healer buddy questing with me so making the switch to dps. Which one can excel in both leveling and pvp? Please give link to a good spec also a rotattion would be awesome. P.S. only level 29 atm

Currently I am combat medic and since not many people see a need to guard the healer in any way I'm going dps to put the hurt on people. Please give me a spec for max damage output and include a rotation/priority.

Kira until you get Doc. Once I got Doc I used him for almost any fight that involved an elite mob, and Kira to deal with simple trash.
