My Marauder has the original Dread Battlefield Commander Lightsaber set (Both Main Hand and Off Hand) given to Marauders at the end of Tatooine Bonus Missions before it was removed and they do not have the Tuning slot.

Same on JC: I play DS Mostly toons and the LS always wins. Which makes getting the DS Vendor mounts not impossible but to the point of my initial I so want these to not going to bother.

Just checked my Original Sniper that did PvP for a certain looking Sniper Rifle and it's now unusable because it require Valor 42 and I only got up to 16 when I did the pvp all those years ago.

Since there won't be any crystals tomorrow... no way you could spend them anyway. Spend them now or lose them forever in a trade for credits.

 

As for how/will they replace any of those old vendors (and their item list), probably at some point.. but we have to wait and see. Some of them might be waiting for us when we log in, in some new form, or at least the itemized lists of things they used to sell. I'm betting they reappear under D vs L mechanics somehow... since they did say there would be vendors associated with this.

 

And in other news ---> you don't really need to know until the patch goes live and you can check for yourself. It's not like it's negotiable or anything.

There are assumptions being made here based on the definition of a description. The Data Crystal Vendors could be one, part of or any or all of the vendors that trade in crystals... we cant be certain either way. My guess is that its the class gear vendors, ie: those that only trade in crystals or tokens, as in the gear we will get from cxp in future.

 

It wouldn't make any sense to just remove the others, simply because they involve crystals, when they have said they would change the traded currency to credits.

 

The guy in the alliance HQ is called "Data Crystal Exchange" and "Black Market Goods Vendor"... the vendors on fleet are called "Data Crystal Vendor" - I went and looked I would guess the data crystal exchange vendors go too... its the non setpiece 216 gear

 

Given this game's logic, this is why I'm asking.

The patch notes stated that all data crystal vendors except for modification vendors would be removed.

 

Going by that note then that would mean the Deco/Cosmetic vendor inside your Alliance Base would also be removed.

Switching Tracer and Fusion missile's animation is not quite the same as removing an iconic ability from day 1 and the movies outright for no reason other than changing to change.
