If you are playing both SWTOR and BW2, can you report back when the "I'm going to UNSUB GW2 unless we get <x>!! Devs are so *********** stupid et cetera". It will be good for a laugh. Anyone want to bet on how many months it will before GW2 has these posts?
GW2 getting these posts is irellevant provided the game holds its subs.
The reality is this game does not hold its subs.
The "how many months it will before {x} has these posts" Argument is invalid and furthermore irrelevant.

Anyways, I think I'll just stick with Swiftsure. Went from infinity gate to their but school got busy as I was leveling up. Just started back up a few days ago, hit 50,I have half BM gear right now on that guy was just looking to see if there was a better server before I go any further.
Ill say again, one on another game. Ill bring my trash wherever i like, this is the internet, get used to it.
You clearly care enough to post about the fact that i dont like it.

Not going to lie. It's different. It's fun. Not awesome though.
I will be playing it, of course, just like I played GW1. But it's not awesome by any stretch. We'll see if things improve from the Beta.

I agree with most of this, but in the end it can be surmised in a much more simple statement.
Huttball = American football ; Have set plays and execute them.
If you don't do this you will have a greater chance of failing.

I admit, as a whole there are problems with WZs, but how does that justify people getting upset at Bioware for pulling a WZ feature to work on it more?
I mean, if they added in Ranked Warzones in it's state and it was broken, wouldn't that only add more problems to WZs? Wouldn't it make sense that if you are really dedicated to improving WZs is to make sure that a major feature such as Ranked Warzones is properly implemented and not rushed?

The only thing they did was stopped a broken feature from releasing. They want to take more time to work in it. Why is that bad? Why would that be the "Straw that broke the camels back"?
Please answer that.
To paraphrase because i cant see the original message : He just said it WASN'T the only problem, it was just the one that tipped the scales.
WZ had many problems BEFORE they pulled the release of ranked ones. The fact that they pulled RW at the last minute was one step to far.
The pulling of RW IS NOT the issue here, its WZ as a whole.
Also i would like to know your logical basis for having faith in BW ability to deliver a good PVP product, when they have clearly failed to deliver over and over.
Even a 4 year old kid could see that!11!!11!shiftandone!!11!

I've un-subbed, i am not waiting for BW's next pathetic patch in which they fulfil NONE of the promises they made.
I wont be coming back, this game is headed for fail.
I am in one of the main republic PVP guilds on legions off letttow (instability) ; we are losing members left, right and centre, because BW fails to deliver again and again.
PVP in GW2 looks awesome, ill be going there.

You don't have to not listen to the community, you need to distinguish which players you should listen to. I think it's very important therefore to implement 8-man ranked global WZ's. this way, you could look at the balance in the higher teams and ask them for their thoughts about balance.
I second this motion.

If they really want to solve the PVP problems, DEVs should be asking the dedicated PVP guilds what they think about it. You know where their forums are BW, nifty tool called google helps you.
These are a set of players that know their classes and are the life and soul of the PVP scene, a set of skilled players that you can be fairly sure its not a L2P issue with.
Listening to all the players is stupid, because a lot of them have no idea what they are talking about. But listening to clued up players makes a hell of a difference.
My 2p on class balance : Give a bit more healing back, lower DPS a bit. Not to the pre 1.2 state, somewhere in between would be a good start.
We are not asking for perfection off the bat, all we are asking for is a willingness to listen.

Forgive me for being out of touch, but wasn't the idea of this game to have fun trying to win, rather than hoarding commendations.
Playing every time to win will give you experience as a warzoner and will make you far better player than just having some shiny gear. (ever heard the phrase all the gear, no idea?)

Everyone likes to complain about class changes when the reality is this:
The best players will be at the top of the server. Player skill difference has (and always will) be the deciding factor in a warzone.
the classes are not so unbalanced that this is the case.
Am i the only one that thinks people just use the nerf excuse to validate the fact the they are not good enough to adapt their play style.
I play a commando healer and instead of whining, im learning to play differently and im enjoying it just as much as i did before.
Im not saying class imbalances dont need to be fixed, im just saying that its not the result of "he midden hitting the windmill" that everyone says it is.
