  1. I was lucky with the RNG gods. Meanwhile friends that opened 3 hypercrates compared to my 1 seemed to get nothing.

     

    I was glad for myself but frankly, the RNG seems a bit too wonky. There should, indeed should, be guarantees that you will receive good things for hypercrates. That is a lot of money that people are gambling with. And mind you, not totally out of choice. (Sure you can choose to do it but this is the only way to get it with CCs) This gambling feels forced. Most people would rather buy outright.

  2. This is not such an odd idea. This is going way back. But in Star Wars Galaxies the dev that handled beast master stuff stopped working for the devs. So they had no real updates for years because they couldn't figure out the code and couldn't rewrite everything.
  3. Bioware, why not try to buff/nerf/adjust classes in between your large patches. (1.2/1.3/1.4 ect.) Instead of making the community wait for months for much needed changes and updates. I mean really perform adjustments and changes. Not these "fixes." Additionally, I might suggest you add a "support" class option when you go to queue up. Because isn't that what you intend DPS sorcs/sages to be?
  4. Can you explain why Madness has multiple "Your periodic damage effect..." talents... + death mark + and the 31 point DoT then? I guess this is another failed design flaw on Bioware's behalf if it isn't a "dot class".

    And yet annihilation has most of our dot talents. Sorc dps trees overall aren't done well. The wonderful Affliction talent in Lightning made this obvious. Bioware does not like the Sorc advanced class, its as simple as that. Operative at least has burst to make a dent in people within a short duration. (Op being another class that can heal and dps, supposedly.)

     

    Bioware needs to add a support role, because, lets face it, we exist to play music on a lute and look pretty.

  5. Lots of overall negative responses about Sorc in general. I really don't want to "QQ," but you'd think Bioware will take the hint. Sure, good players will do decently on a sorc, but another good player is probably going to win.

     

    I've had Ranked groups request 1 sorc, and just 1 for the utility in the past, but that has been phased out by the desire to have tank PT's with their grapple.

  6. If you think Marauders are OP then you're just bad at playing your class. To be a good Marauder takes skill, likewise to be good at any other class takes skill. I have a marauder and a sorc, sorc is much more OP IMO but that's because I play it well.

  7. Sorc's dps @ pvp is nice. You just need to gear it right, skill it right, kno how to play, right rota.

    fulltime voidstars are always between 700-1kk dmg (900-1000dps), just a really well played pt can keep to that..

    You know how long voidstar games are? Just because you are good does not mean they are balanced and not UP. They are squishy water pistols.

  8. The relic/adrenal changes in WZ's will be a significant boost to Sorcs compared to most other classes. 1.3 PvP looks much more attractive for the class compared to live.

     

    That just means Sorcs cannot do it either...........................................................................................
