New to snipers and finding only old info, most linked builds are incomplete now due to updates to trees and builds not being updated. Could someone give me the common pvp builds please? Thanks kindly.

Actually its 30.5% crit, marginal difference but I might as well correct myself.

I am in the process of remodding and trying to eliminate all this wasteful accuracy but can only add more power by also losing some crit. I am at 75% surge so thats fine, but only 29.9 crit self buffed so I ask; what am I supposed to have for crit as combat? I can gain another 100 or so power but only by sacrificing another 4-5% crit. Ps I am at 884 power w stim. Not sure if that helps.

Just dinged 50 and have been lvling as WM, Id like to try combat esp right now as im only sitting on 1050 exp, bm mh/oh/chest/legs and rest recruit and iirc it will be a bit easier to finish a target quickly as combat over WM but I cannot find the following info anywhere:
Our best current spec and rotation as of 1.3
and our stats to be strived for (iirc we need more crit as combat then most specs?) help me out ty kindly.

If you cannot have it for us by 1.3 then that's fine, but please lower respec costs and the % in which it raises by until then.
Otherwise 1.3 looks interesting (aug tables, group finder, more legacy buffs all look promising and fun to me).

No, for each "type" of companion you do get a stat increase to surge (melee dps) , crit (range dps), accuracy (melee tank), healing received (healer of course) and max health (ranged tank).
First line of the tooltip in fact says: "Grants a bonus to your xxxx". Then it goes into the spiel about cd reduction and duration extension of heroic moment.
To the op, as others have said the stats are showing up for me as well. I have no idea why yours is not.
Thanks. Well, I did have a cust service rep come in game and spend 45 min with me doing... whatever he did. He said it would be fixed if i logged out for 30 min and logged back in. It wasn't.

You guys are not paying attention, the new character, on the new server, with the new legacy IS the one in which I have unlocked these companion's legacy buffs. The companion has full affection, all convos and quests are complete, and in the legacy window it shows as unlocked AND stats I should have the buffs... which I do not. Wow. Reading 101.

Yes you only get the increase for the first one but its legacy wide isnt it? I have kira and nadia I got Nadia to max first so I only get her increase not Kiras but i should get the increase to all my alts in my lagacy.
I do not think it is legacy wide, but regardless this is a new toon on a new server and the first in its legacy. I should have seen a stat increase.

Quick update, unlocked bowdaar too and did not get any increase in crit. So it is my understanding that the legacy buffs from companion affection/quests are not working at all. wasted so much cash on gifts. oh well.

So, I recently noticed that you can get permanent stat buffs from maxing a companions affection and completing conversations...

and did so on two of my 5 so far on my smuggler, corso (+1%max hp) and Risha (+1 crit%)
However I did not see either stat increase at all, the legacy window shows these two companions as unlocked, ive relogged, unequipped everything etc. Nothing doing.... Anyone else notice this?

The question I have, I found UM amazing if not usable on the move, so why not smuggled tech? Do you not use UM?

But you were smart and got the three rakata bio thingies made, and saved 3300 ranked wz, and 2k normal wz comms. what do you buy? PS you can ofc afford recruit gear to fill in holes.

It may have already been suggested, but please also add 2 different hokey profiles along with duel spec. Even now you can set a hud profiles but not hotkey one.
Plz add w/ dual spec ty kindly.

Like the build and the toughness it gives you, was wondering, would you consider telling me the fastest build for lvling? I know we don't get a healing companion till late 30's but also relying on a companion for all your dps is kinda slow. Suggestions?

These ideas are in no way completely fleshed out, I'm just bored and waiting for queues and would love to see them
1) a large 25v25 warzone. Not so big that it lags to heck like ilum did, but something larger and more army vr army feel with multiple types of objectives
2) cross server pvp and once implemented pugs v pugs only and premades v premades only
3) enemy mvp votes that give no reward, just lets you know who they thought was mvp
4) a 2 tiered pvp warzone, tier 1, spacecombat, tier 2, invasion or defense of fleet
5) a WZ with companions
You got any crazy ideas? or want to add to one of mine? please do!
