Does it only apply to harbinger? All three winners last week were from Harbinger.

 

It's all NA servers. I just ended up with a lot of Harbinger entries last week.. probably because it's my main server and I posted about the giveaway in chat occasionally. I didn't do that at all this week so it looks more even this time around

Yep, happening for me as well. Happens in every cutscene when the character moves... it gets pretty bad in places and I just gave up once I got to Nar Shaddaa. http://imgur.com/2uVG9Ul

 

I was planning on recording the cutscenes too... plus I put a black/black dye in it. Pretty frustrating
