    yes, yes, I'm aware that the class is crap, reroll and all that ... but I was wondering with all the talk about alacrity these days (https://www.reddit.com/r/swtor/comments/7759os/alacrity_effect_on_gcd_especially_for_classes/,

    ) what should a Lightning Sorc aim for?

     

    Specifically, I'm talking about a char I'm gearing with 230 Armoring and the rest 246 crafted stuff. How high should my alacrity be? Around the 700 breaking point or the higher one with 1860? Crit maximum at about 1900 and the rest in power, correct?

    I wondered if anyone playing a Jugg Skank Tank could offer some advice with regards to

     

    - stats; going with a 230 set. Lethal B mods? But what for Enhancements and Augs?

    - Opener/rotation

     

    There was some discussion about whether sin or jugg work better as a skank tank. Any thoughts on that?

  3. Can someone look at this parse and tell me what I'm doing wrong, please?

    For the life of me, I can't get above 8k. I'm at 1702 Crit, 1347 Alacrity, 3354 Power, 6193 Mastery, 756 Accuracy (with stim). Gear is a mix of 240(mostly)/242 with my head piece still being 234.

     

    And I realized that I had this "increase crit chance" buff on me when I did the parse, so it's likely to be lower, anyway.

  4. We need a new enemy not a recycled enemy. Part of the issue with SWToR now and for quite a while is the constant recycling and lack of innovation.

     

    Leave Valkorian dead please...

    That's what made the Dread Masters so awesome, imho. They really built a story arc which culminated in the ops.

    so I have a lvl70 sin and a lvl70 jug as new alts. Both dps, since I have a sin tank.

     

    But for the life of me, I can't decide which one of these two I should start to gear, etc. How do these two stack up against each other in terms of Survivability, both in PVE and PVP. And usabilities, too.

  6. Dunno how many threads have called for a buff by now, but steady wins the race.

     

    I am a lightning sorc with BiS on the left side and 240/242 gear/full set bonus. It annoys the hell out of me when I see folks doing 20-30k against me in a wz at times when the maximum amount I've seen for me is 14k normally and 20k once on a completely undergeared enemy. It can't be that we can only dole out half the damage, not when you're T3.

     

    So, yes, devs: Please buff sorcs in 5.2. This ain't fun.

  7. This point has been made ad nauseum, but it bears repetition: The current grind is only bearable because of the 350% event. I'm still extremely pissed at all the worthless gear, weapons and stuff I get thrown at me, but the rate of acquiring crates is acceptable atm.

     

    Do you really think people will jump for joy if wzs dole out 500 cxp again? And we have very little reason to believe that the adjusted drop rates will make the grind bearable after the event ends.
