No disrespect but come on already.
We all know you've read the numerous threads so throw us a bone. Even a trite one "We have read and understand your concerns and will reply back soon with an official response" blah blah.....
But nothing ? Like really ?
I think it's clear to see that a LOT of players have an opinion here that deserves a response...... Any response at this point.

Where is the BioWare response to these sentiments ?
Even a cursory glance through the comments here must surely make even the most narrow minded developer stop and say "I think we got this one wrong guys - let's scrap this idea and not upset our player base" like surely.... right ?

Founder and subscriber since launch here - this is a total deal breaker.
Leave our classes alone Bioware, yes that's right OUR classes.
Why would you waste the resources you have on removing abilities rather than creating content. Disgusting quite frankly.

I assume "defense" would fall into the "primary stats" category here then and would be capped ? But not shield & absorb they'd be OK to keep stacking ?

As a paid subscriber since launch I don't think it is too much to ask to have a drop down menu in preferences to allow us to select the music we prefer (or none if desired) on the launch screen / character select screen.

So...
For example for Powertech Tank (Shieldtech) there are several set bonuses where the 2 piece gives you +2 endurance, so in theory stacking/mixing 3 different 2 piece sets would give +6 endurance total. Will it work ? Are set-bonuses mix-able ? Is it even a good idea lol

I cannot purchase the advanced training from the crew skill trainers - I am level 450 in all skills across my legacy and none of my chars can purchase any of the advanced training 451-500 ?
I am a subscriber.
Do you have to have the expansion to get the advanced training ? I haven't got around to purchasing the expansion yet because my time is limited at the moment so I mainly just do crafting log-ins right now but to block a subscriber from upgrading crew skills because of the expansion seems ridiculous !
Please tell me this isn't the case and I'm missing something !

The collections window preview shows the Cassus Fett set having bracers but no belt and yet I got a Cassus Fett belt from a pack today
In other news.... I also got a Hot Orange War hero crystal from the new packs today as well as the new blue ones - how's that ? Surely the hot orange is from the previous packs and the new blue comes in these new packs - not both right ?

More black core crystals please.
I was thinking Black-Pink hasn't been done, also Black-Cyan and......
when will we see the much discussed Black-White crystal (and I mean black core / white edges not that other "thing" we got a few packs back) ?
I'm sure there's a few other colors from the newer cartel "shades" of crystal that could be cool with a black core also.......

OK so my gear is full 63 dread / hazmat
pre 2.0 stats:
Armor Rating = 8951
Damage Reduction = 54.32%
Defense Chance = 25.30%
Shield Chance = 54.38%
Shield Absorbtion = 53.44%
post 2.0 stats:
Armor Rating = 8951
Damage Reduction = 49.18%
Defense Chance = 21.84%
Shield Chance = 35.89%
Shield Absorbtion = 35.83%
So I read somewhere that absorb was getting a general nerf but did they basically reduce the point value of ALL stats ?

This is a joke FFS.
Bioware you SERIOUSLY need to start communicating better with your paying subs.
There's obviously an issue - endless queues for standard pop servers, restart game and get stuck on loading screen.
And what do we have from Bioware:
SWTOR.com....... NOTHING
twitter.................... NOTHING
facebook.............. NOTHING
We all realise that new expansions may have a few problems at release but please PLEASE learn to communicate !

So I noticed that one of my characters was running slightly slower alongside others in a WZ today.
I did all th usual checks toggled / for walk and toggled sprint etc. but it's not that.
When I got out of the WZ I got a guildy to run beside me and do some tests - definitely slower (not sprint toggle slower but slower never the less).
I then logged other characters and got exactly the same issue - anyone else had this ?
I've been a sub since launch and not had this before.

Having been here since launch and with already having a couple of geared 50's I find myself with an abundance of Tionese/Columi/Daily comms that I have no use for. Companions are already over geared for these comms so they are in fact useless now.
For PVP you can trade standard WZ comms to ranked warzone comms at a ratio of 3:1 so my question is......
Where is the PVE comms trade up ?
Would it not make sense to be able to trade Tionese into Columi and Columi/Daily into Black Hole ? Even if the exchange rate was high ? 5:1 ? 10:1 ? At least they would be useful for something ?
Or perhaps crafting material boxes could be purchased with these otherwise useless comms ? Fleet comms and WZ comms can be traded for crafting materials so why not Tionese/Columi/Dailies ?
Just a thought.......

We go through a lot of effort to get aug slots on gear. Please don't make all that effort a pointless exercise.
They already made it a pointless exercise the moment they dreamt up these augment "kits"
The whole thing about augmented gear was the fact that it was hard to get - now you just rev 10 crappy greens with low mat requirements and bingo ! Aug slot
Or if your even lazier just stump up some creds (less and less as each hour goes by on my server by the looks too, as those kit prices are plummeting)
It's so easy that I might just bite the bullet, cut my losses and apply kits to my already crit crafted pre 1.3 (and now bugged) gear because lets face it, in 2 days there's been no real revelation from BW's side so how long do you think it will take them to actually fix it ? If indeed it's fixable

Do those items' aug slots work ? Is it just pre 1.3 crafted items that are bugged i wonder ?

Isn't this the real issue though - it's "their" choice not ours. It wouldn't be as bad if it was like "Hey... here's 30 abilities to choose from and you can pick ANY 20 you want" or something similar, but no.... it's pick only 1 of these 3 abilities/passives that you may have wanted to have all 3 of in your build and kiss goodbye to the others..... and then do the same on the next ability tier, losing abilities/passives you want each step of the way......... and these are abilities you potentially already had together for years !
