[Increasing the tooltip font size?]

Hello,

 

How can I increase the tooltip font size (for example when hovering over an item in the inventory)? Global UI scale doesn't seem to affect it.

[Problem with lvl 60 character token (12th may 2016)]

Hello,

 

I'm a returning to Old republic with Preferred status, today (12th of March 2016) I did the following:

 

1. Logged in

2. Created a new lvl 1 character

3. Purchased lvl 60 token from the Cartel Market with this character and moved item to inventory (to what inventory it goes?)

4. Tried to create a new lvl 60 character but I wan't able to (the right side of the box is greyed out)

5. I thought I was out of character slots so I deleted this new character that I made

6. Still I can't create lvl 60 character

 

Do I need to be a subscriber to use lvl 60 tokens? How can I contact customer support? In game I cannot create any tickets, it's all greyed out.
