It's been a few years. Lets see if there are any Clilastrians still playing. I know I see Plaigus playing alot. I also run into blksn here and there. Anyone else?
Hi there Freedannad. Most are now on Shadowlands. More population and Q pops. It is a PvE server, but some decent PvP happens still. It is easy and only meager cartel coins to transfer.

I run into this with strategy and gear issues as well. A lot of times players like this are very defensive because they just are, or maybe they have been yelled at that they suck, etc. So when someone comes along that actually wants to help them improve, they take it as a personal attack instead of genuine help. If more people that played were like you and really wanted to help them, they might be more open to it.

There are some serious play mechanics issues right now. You're going to lose even more people if you don't fix them. The Update as a concept is well done., but the amount of bugs and PvP imbalance is terrible. Please fix things asap. I also think the resolve bar needs to be adjusted. A bunch of CC on me and a lot of times it doesn't fill. Do eeet!

I still don't understand how that excuses you for being unprepared for PvP. Because this is a "game" I understand that this is supposed to be for fun. I do ranked and regs. I like the objective PvP as well as the 4 v 4 fight to the death arenas, but running in dying immediately over and over isn't my idea of fun, I and can't believe it is yours either.
This game makes it sooooooo freakin easy to be prepared that all I can see is that you just don't give a F&^%. So I give up. Keep having "fun" and I will be sure to avoid PvPing alongside people with your play style, as well as enjoying the easy kills as your enemy.

What does it matter? Seriously, it's a game. If you don't like it then find a group that will put up with you (probably not going to happen) and quit queuing solo (derp). Expecting people to do this in solo queue is idiotic and ************ about it is pointless, grow up.
Part of the fun is having the chance to win. I PvP in regs because it is the closest thing I get to mass PvP. If you don't even try to be prepared, then I don''t want you in the WZ. because as a healer you make my job harder. PvP is fun when it is competitive and everyone gives it their best effort. If you aren't prepared, then you aren't even trying. You are dragging the team down, which is a bummer because you cost me comms and time.

That is what I mean. You need the Expertise to boost your stats. You need augments. We have level 55's coming in with barely any WZ experience in their class either with bad green gear, no augs, & only bolstered exp. Even bolster can't help that gear. I am not talking about good crafted PvE gear that doesn't sacrifice bolster for stats. As long as you can max EXP or get really close to it, higher level PvE gear is fine because the overall stats are good. I am talking about the people with no gear, no augs that even bolster can't even help. If you have 22k health, & not much experience playing that class, you are useless to the group and will be targeted 1st, and impossible to heal.

Wrong. Your expertise is not bolstered at max, but your stats are. Just look at your stats before you enter a WZ and after you enter.
And I guess you are right if people are ok with sucking in WZ's when they are new 55's, then that is their perogative. Just don't expect heals from me when you die so fast.

You do realize that even people with max PvP Gear get bolstered, right? People walking in with 22-24k health (bolstered) are a waste of queue space. Try healing these squishies and see how you feel about it. People should do warzones as you level so they can max comms on the way up. Then they can get PvP gear AND learn how to play their class, and learn the strategy of the warzones. It's not hard to grasp.

I get the sarcasm. I am sure lots of people thought of it, but actually doing it would help. I know Bioware/EA wants the money for transfers, but they also might want people playing /subbing their game. I still like the game so i hope something is done soon.
Any ideas?

Add cross server Q's for warzones. That will at least solve that issue.

If you Hand Solos get that butthurt over losing, leave the warzone so others can pop in and do a better job. Don't be an a**.

It can be very frustrating on the Pub side (and the Imp side). But I also notice that the most verbal complainers in game are the worst of the bunch. I am a decent player by contrast. By no means am I in the elite ranks at all, but a lot of players seem to lack the basic knowledge of how to play the Warzones strategically, and usually are never open to help. But adding more better republic players to the mix couldn't hurt, so if you are a decent player, come on over and increase the odds. Both sides have their issues. Premades usually do better, and imps have more at the moment, so finding people to group with is always the better option.

I just stayed on Chilastra and had fun in BKSN. The Rebels (mainly just OSF) left Chilastra after BKSN went Imp so we could shoot them (OSF) in the face. Then because of imbalance, BKSN went back Reb. WE had fun pvping on Chilly and never left to conquer any other server because that is nonsense and we didn't care about other servers.

Chilastra had the best overall PvP in SWG. A little server called Port Nowhere had a good group of PvPers that moved to Prophecy of the Five.

I get frustrated when people give up early, though I don't usually say anything. Win or lose, your going to be in the war-zone anyways so you might as well spend your time trying to win, or at least messing around killing people, rather than sitting afk.
So true. Plus you can really improve by trying fight outnumbered or against more seasoned players. It's not like you lose anything with PvP E-deaths in this game. Teams can come back from deficits too. Happens all the time.
All the more reason to make regular BG losses COUNT FOR POINTS!

I agree with this. At least make the reg WZs have a better a grouping scheme with some kind of reference to gear and the number of healers if you are going to make quest points only count with wins. Otherwise put it back the way it was. Subscriber since launch here btw
