I wouldn't have thought so, I would think that once you have it you would be able to keep it, unless they fancy repaying you 600,000 credits.
In my opinion though you should really only want a guild bank if you have a lot more than just 12 players in your guild, our guild has 250+ and i was still debating whether we really needed it or not.
You are probably right, it's definitely not a NEED for us, but we're just a small group that know each other in real life and have played together forever... so it's nice to have a little place to put stuff that anyone can use.
600,000 is a bit much imo, but hey. It grows on trees.

So you have to have 12 people in your guild to get a guild bank... If you have 12 when you purchase the bank and someone leaves the guild, do you lose the bank?
Thanks in advance.

WoW is just not a good game anymore. Hasn't been for awhile.
That said, the Burning Crusade era is one of my fondest gaming memories. The game just went downhill fast from there.

I don't get how someone can wish for world PvP while at the same time wishing for flying mounts.
Flying mounts are the last thing you want if you expect world PvP.
-
Sean Connery wrote the title of this thread.
lmao good stuff.
-
I agree with OP.

I miss having a flying mount and my characters which are older than my car. But all my IRL friends quit WOW and I am tired of the roller coaster ride that is the ret paladin, it felt like Blizzard had no real idea what to do with the DPS Paladin In SWTOR, it feels like each class is combination of 2 other WOW classes' best skills and strengths, and its hard going back to WOW characters that haver narrower gameplay, for example my Vanguard has both charge and deathgrip..which is awesome
Flying mounts ruined WoW from a world PvP stand point (which is all I really care about) and it will ruin what little of it there is in this game as well, if they ever introduce them. I hope they don't.

I'm in the minority on LFD... I hate it, at least when it's cross server. People are jerks even more than usual because they know they will probably never run into you again.
-
I will say this... I have always hated questing/levelling in any MMO I've ever played.
I actually dig it in this game.
-
All i can say is i hope GW2 lives up to the hype cuz this game sure did not.
I think this game will eventually become great. It's already a very good game IMO, but I just hit 50 on my first character so I haven't really suffered through the end game woes that people complain about.
It's unlike Rift, for me anyway, in that I bought Rift the day it launched and quit 2 months later because I was absolutely bored with it.
Two months into this game and I still really enjoy it, so we'll see I guess.

WoW was a great game, and probably still is to a lot of people. I'm not trying to bash it. I just got burnt out, like I said.
My one major complaint about SWTOR is how linear it is. You can't really get off the beaten path and discover something awesome.
WoW was great for that.
-
I'll never be able to play WoW again, regardless of what SWTOR does going forward.
I played it for 6 years and I just got burnt out on it. I couldn't play it if it was the only MMO around.
-
If you spent 6 plus hours doing nothing but standing in the fleet, then you have bigger problems than an MMO with minimal endgame.
-
Awesome, thanks guys. Love the countdown on each cooldown.

All I really want is a third bar in the middle.

What is a guild class?
-
Do you mean awkward as in it's strange to see such body shapes? Or, do you mean it's awkward how you're feeling about this man body before you?
This made me lol.

Little over a month ago I posted how much I enjoy the game... And I'm still loving it. Thanks for making a great game, BW.
-
I run everything on high and I have no problems.
-
I just hope that pvp wise, it's different from WoW in the sense that in WoW, you can be locked down for a solid 15 seconds at a time in rated BG's. WAY too much CC.
Don't make the same mistake, BW.

I left that "world" as well and at my husband's urging gave this one a shot. I can't remember having this much fun playing an online game with him.
My wife was an avid WoW fan girl. I never thought a game would come along that would grab her attention away from WoW. Until this game. She loves it.

Thank you, BioWare for creating this wonderful game. As a long time MMO player, this is some of the most fun I've ever had. I know you've worked hard on this game and it shows.
Are there a few things that need to be tweaked? Sure. But I know you are diligently working on fixing what needs to be fixed and I continue to enjoy playing a game that has potential to be the best MMO of all time.
Keep it up, guys, and thanks again. Thanks for making me forget a certain "World" that I never plan to return to.
Good Hunting,

Yeah... You won't find a post from me on these forums complaining/trolling about SWTOR. I've enjoyed the game since launch and think it has a lot of potential, but for now, I'm just bored. Cancelled today.
I'll continue following the forums and will definitely resubscribe if I see something that interests me in future patches.
In the mean time, I have no idea what I'm going to play. WoW is out of the question.
PS:
I think seeing Huttball pop for the 45 billionth time in a row might have been what did me in. Would be cool to be able to pick which WZ you want to do.
