Df is a spec for both Gunslinger and Scoundrel. R u missing something?

The Lord 'something' on JC. Hes the last boss on the Act 1 for the JC. Cant remember his name but when I got his health down to almost nothing, (and I had full heath), he did a slam and It saped my heath down to zero! Took me 5 tries.

Smuggler gunslinger. I was playing Voidstar this evening. I was in cover when round 1 ended. When round 2 started, I was in this bizarre half-cover, half out state.
1. I "ran" permanently crouched down.
2. My button configuration was cover-style.
3. However, I wasn't in cover as the cover-only buttons were grayed out.
4. I couldn't enter cover because the go-into-cover button was not present since it was the cover configuration.
Leaving the warzone fixed it.
The 'F' key will let you use cover. I dont use the button anymore and have taken it off my quik slots completly. The f key is so much easier to use and wont take up any space on a quik slot.

The sharpshooter spec worx if you r into cover mechanics. The Sab spec is the hardest to play because you hav to know what you are doing. The dirty fighting is if you dont wanna b confined to cover. So heres what i say. Start off with the SS and then when you feel comfortable with the way the class works, go on to Sab or DF.

Actually, niether. Sharpshooter is good for sniping, and DF is good for the guys who dont wanna be confined by cover. If you want a balance between the two go for the Sabatuer.
It gives you the "hot persuit" ability which allows you to - when you leave cover- use cover only abilities. Im a lvl 24 sabslinger and I love it for PvP and PvE.

What about changing ur AC? I swear i had to reroll as a GS because my SS wasnt the type of gameplay I personally enjoyed. Now im lvl 24 and I could have been 30-35 by now! If you can respec, then you should be able to change your AC:(

Im not really sure what you are asking.....
Personally I thought that it was really cool that the added 2 companions that once knew eachother. Nok to me is a succesful pirate that helped people out as well as killed everything that came in his way.

Hmmm, I may need to sample the giggle and make it my ringtone before it gets removed... I sometimes wish i was a healer so i could hear that giggle.

okay I was looking paying the otherday and in the fleet i saw a guy with Akaavi spar. I hadnt seen her b4 and i looked her up online and i saw the way she looked and i thought how her face didnt fit the roll she plays. So i guess th main thing im asking is, is there a costumization that allows you to make her look like the Jewla Nightbringer forum avatar? I loved her look and when I saw her I thought of Akaavi. I havnt gotten her yet so please no spoilers!

The sccoundrel was more based on healing and uncovered fighting (which dosnt make sense 2 me because cover is the smuggs 'special' ability). If u ask me the gunslinger is a better idea because they get the option to(when they need cover) click the cover button and 'ding' ur own personal shield! that was the deal breaker 4 me. Im a Sharpshooter and I think that its good bt im going to respec soon so i can try out Sabotuer. Also i learned that for most of the abilities you dont hav 2 duel wield. So you can be a 1 gun gunslinger. The armor is the same for both ACs so you dont have to worry about the armor differences. Hope this helps!

Dont forget the jacket that you can get from the Tatooine comendations. Im not sure, but I think that its called the 'something' Informants Jacket. It looks alot like the Clan Watchers Jacket but its tan. I would post a screenshot but i dont know how?

This sounds more like a topic for "community" or "general." Don't know why it has to be in a class-specific forum.
I have no problems with younger people playing, but PLEASE try not to pester people, use lots of caps, and otherwise repeat what you're trying to say until you get a reaction. Because there were a couple 14-year-olds (smugglers, coincidentally) who actually drove some people out of a guild on my server due to how annoying they were.
Oh, you could also lie about your age, provided your voice reflects it in vent!
good news is im not an idiot. normally im just a strong silent guy but then i crack a few jokes. and fyi I posted this here because i was on this page so...

they are both good classes bt i have a gunslinger and a scoundrel and ended up going for gunslinger because the scoundrel gets old after a while.
