Can't they just switch them? Place harpoon in tanking tree and make storm a baseline? I can't see how it will change things in PVP - both are gap closers there, and tanks have both anyway. And in PVE we will finally have something to follow bosses.

Etc... You are simply not considering the ramifications of what you've proposing. What would be the counter to a leaping vanguard who can pull you when you make your escape? No effort, yet your target will die. No, just no.
I understand where you're coming from but the problem is THE ONLY WAY vanguard can have storm and be efficient is to only go tank spec period otherwise we lose it. Is that how the other classes also behaves? Thing is in pvp it's not fiull tank that's viable for Vanguard and that's why we lost storm usually.

Seriously I can't imagine not having it, I mean im forced not to have it because of going full assult for pvp but man oh man oh man ill take a baseline storm over any needed pvp buff for vanguards.

I joined Aequitas Vox in knowing that most guilds don't last. They run for a while, normally with no direction for a while. Then players drop and the guild falls apart. This guild has surprised me, it has invited me in, and the game has become so much more than just a game. It has become a community for me, one that I greatly appreciate. Hi there Ny,
I recently got back to the game after 2 years hiatus but I believe in my fast learning abilities and my past achievements to more than complement my (less-than stellar pve gear). Today would be day 3 and I already achieved level 55 last night. In the past, I have been part of a reputable top class hardcore pvp team that excelled and exploited (the good exploit) our class to be the top on the boards in every way shape and form and consistently, I was considered one of the best Vanguards in the server. (I have screenshots to provide). The timing you guys initiate the raids is perfect for me vs the other guilds I see here due to me being a pacific coast night owl and can even go on as late as 2-3am PST. I will be able and am happy to consider doing raiding (Reason why I'm applyinh) given my extensive pvp history, it's the reason why I am applying. I have done ops in the past and do have gears but its from lvl 50 gearing (I did gear up lvl 55 epics last night from tokens and such but that should be no problem). In any case I look forward to speaking to you more in game. Name is Luda and I'm a highly knowledgeable vanguard with past leadership skills.
I will reach out to you when I get home after work in 2 or so hours.

It's been almost 1.5 years now since my last online activity. Patching up now and then logging and hoping some of my oldies friends still around.

Take it from me...move to another server right now while you can before you commit too much.
Rakatta Mind Prison is a good server that I am on and queues are a BREEZE with not over populating players.

Code can be applied but it's effects only happens on release day. Already been applied and verified.

It's VERY likely it's exclusive to CE only.. I would bet all my in-game money it's exclusive to CE only Bind on aquire. Otherwise they can get into legal trouble with the way the worded exclusive in-game item for CE buyers. So I would say confidenty yes only to CE.

No one knows untile release and in any case.. it will be dynamic meaning they will update it with new stuff and items in the future..so the value of it is pretty good for that exclusivity especially an updating vendor!

PT and Vanguards are not 100% the same so your conclusion on how PT is deadly is not a shared sentiment with Vanguards...
In any case you have no idea how STORM is better than Harpoon because it INTERRUPTS while harpoon you need to skill in it to make it so it stuns.
Again IF more than 50% of our abilities are melee and AS someone mentioned here pvp is mostly melee, we need a closer period. Storm is the most fun ability for the class atleaast make it 1 tier less! it wont make us OP!! wth are you all talking about.
