I was able to keep up very well with amormech, sometimes I lacked Laminoid, but other than that I was in crafted purples at my level all the way through 39 so far. You just have to be diligent and never let your companions sit idle. Also you can make a pretty penny selling the purp's on the GTN

So, every couple of days I go to Nar Shaddaa to check the trade network. Why? Well, almost every time I find orange gear up for sale from opposing faction players.. EXTREMELY cheap.

 

Understandable, they may have crafted it by mistake and figure they can unload it cheaply. So apparently I'm the only one doing this on my server, but I have made at least 500,000 credits this way.. easy money!

Yes, I have leveled 8 toons to at least 20 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have not experienced one game breaking bug nor have I wanted to quit over minor changes. I love the game and will continue to play for a long, long time.
