It is a class quest

I was doing a quest where you had to fight four people and then speak to one after you defeat them all. While I was fighting three of them walked together, including the one I need to talk to, and when I defeated them they got stuck like that. It no will only let me click on the one the other two are stuck in, which is not the one I need to talk to. Is there anyway to rest it? I tried to reset the quest but it said it cannot be done at this time. I tried logging out and quitting the game. Nothing is working. Please Help Me!!
