I'm having some latency as well. I do remember that Derp was not the only issue. If I remember correctly there have also been some backbone issues in the last week.
What kind of backbone issues

I don't if im the only one but since Thursday 1/2 after EA got hit by that derp guy, I been having bad lag spikes. My MS goes from 54 up to 3600 down to 154 then up to 15000.
am I the only one still experience bad spiking? if im not, any advice because I flushed my IP (Swtor help suggested that).

See to me if their is a large group and everyone is trying to kill each other in the center .. i dont think it will work and know one will be able to cap.. i know last night on i think Ilium 9 if everyone tried to kill each other we be fighting for at least 2 hours before anyone could cap.
Its the problem with PVE missions in a PVP zone. to me when i hear a quest for PVP i think "hey you need to kill 10 imps/pub toons to complete the task. not killing 10 npc's for a drop.

would help with your tree if you want. and has a basic understanding of what to do then build from there

you can save the tokens you get.. since you will prop finish the weekly rep in about 3 days or so if you do all the quests on one toon.. doing it on three toons im almost done with my rep this week and i skipped 4 quests total (pvp ones since it was nuts last night).

On the republic side you should look at The Enclave legacy. We are a Guild of fun loving, relaxed adventure seekers! We enjoy both PVE and PVP. We run weekly flashpoints/operations and daily PVP. We are running weekly hard mode Explosive Conflict operations. We have completed Terror from Beyond story mode and would like to start Terror from Beyond hard mode when we have mastered EC hard mode.

(we are on Kephess on HM ec).

The Enclave was founded by a group of like minded players over a decade ago in Star Wars Galaxies. We have re-formed The Enclave in Star Wars: The Old Republic with many of the original founding members, but we had to change the name since the server mergers wouldn't allow us to keep it. We are now called The Enclave Legacy. We have met many new friends along the way and The Enclave continues to grow.

Our progression in EC Hardmode is downing the tanks. For new 50s we tend to do a few storymode operations (EV and KP) to help get them gear. We will add more operation groups as member demand grows.

I noticed it last night.. I have an Alien ware and normaly dont lag. Yesterday after the patch took me 30 mins to get around the station and couldnt raid since it effected my tanking

Is there plans to have a type of summoning others to locations?
Am i the only one still having bad lag after Thursday 1/2
