After you click the stuff and get the 'On The Trail' buff, there should be a quest to pick up near the speeder.

Does anyone know how long it takes to go from Lightheaded to Feverish and then how long Feverish lasts?

Where do you get the Origins mission as Republic? I figured out how to get a "On the Trail" buff in Anchorhead by looking at the TV screen, Clicking on the escape pod north of the spaceport and clicking on the medical supplies behind the Cantina but I have no Origins mission. What is the deal here?

So it's unfortunate for my friends that 3 of us are Consulars.....DPS Sage, Healer Sage, Shadow Tank.....However we have run 15 HM's and never once seen a single Consular Columni piece. 8 times we've gotten Trooper loot (No Trooper in the group). 6 times we've gotten Smuggler loot (1 time we had a smuggler) and 1 time Knight loot (we actually had one). This is really, really frustrating.

The point is people are tired of nerfs when this game has so many broken abilities and talents.
You can't keep taking away from your player base and expect them to stick around. Is the surge nerf huge? Nope, but when you add it to Alacrity being near useless and Accuracy being a joke it is pretty big. Further more when you are dealing with bugged bosses, loot and quests you just start to lose faith in the game.
What BW and a lot of people in this thread need to learn is that you got to keep your customers happy. It makes people unhappy when you weaken their characters they spend so much time making stronger. It REALLY upsets them when you weaken them and still haven't fixed bugs in their talent trees or abilities. Unhappy players unsub and won't come back. There is a difference between players that got bored and players that got pissed at TOR.
So if surge needed a nerf BW should have put that in their back pocket and fixed a number of other things. How many people do you think will log in, see their Surge % down, get exploited in a Warzone, log off, cancel sub and never look back?
People keep saying TOR could be great given enough time to fix all the broken and missing features. Maybe true, but so far I don't think it will matter, no one is going to be around that cares.
Nice post Pipda pretty much my point with the nerf this early in the game with so many other things broken.....was just trying to get the datacron +10 yesterday and it was so lovely to grapple into space or take 13kdmg each time i tried without making it to the ledge.......just one example of many....How about /stuck when you die in PVP to respawn right at the spot you died then kill the person you were fighting...so many things I can think of.

Well that statement definitely isn't true because it's only a 30ish percent crit chance but if they did get to 100pct surge rating then if they did 600dmg per tick it would go to 1200 on crits. For instance pre nerf I was doing 1025 a crit on regular stuff.....Now i'm at like 898....big diff.

No the problem is Bioware failed at the Tier Gear.....noone wants ALACRITY HI! It's on all the tier gear and is the worst stat for my class.....people taking out the 56level enhancements for level 50 ones that's how bad it is......Go go 400+ alacrity and like no crit or surge on the tier gear!
Seriously I can't even make the decision to buy any Tionese gear from HM's because it's not any better than gear that i've modded out with all 50mobs/enhancements/ and 51 armoring.....The columni gear is only slightly better but the stats are completely squewed towards alacrity for whatever stupid reason...

People will simply need to go over combat logs and find out where they can push more DPS so that they ca..... oh wait nevermind.
Yes I plan on spending lots of time at the training dumm.....oh wait nevermind!
Which is a big part of why this nerf is so huge....It's not like it's simply to just figure out what gearing is the best because there is no way to test your damage besides running an encounter and even then it's a feel and nothing concrete that you can see.

It kind of will considering they have tailored some of the hard mode encounters with a pretty quick enrage timer which might not be beatable now with a nerf to all dps.

Logged off with 84.70 Critical Multiplier (293 Surge nowhere near what a cap would be logged back on with 75.07. This is a massive nerf for all players in my opinion.

NVIDIA 980 TI Crashing Issues (with Solution)

So I recently returned to playing the game and was having all kinds of issues with my driver failing to respond, sometimes it would recover and other times it would take a hard reboot to recover. I tried all kind of things to include:
1. Reinstall driver
2. Install older driver
3. Clean unininstall/install of driver
4. Repair of game
5. Monitored GPU to see if it was going on and off to 100pct usage and it didn't come close and temp never went over 50C.
Anyways for those of you having this issue the solution is out there but it took awhile for me to find it through my various searches......You have to lower the clock speed of your GPU by 100MHZ.....I tried 25MHZ and that did not work. I have run the game over 4hrs+ 2 days in a row without a single crash and I'm running dual monitors usually with a movie/show playing on the other screen.
