[Exploring Juran Mountains]

I was having the same issue the problem is the very southern tip of the map there are 2 hexes not explored. this is called the Alsakan Overlook.

 

Once I found these the map completed completed for me.

Hey great tip, just thort id add that you have to be in the shuttle bay not your own ship docking bays, and its the left hand strut if you have your back to the docked ships.
