  1. I feel like, since this tournament is to decide who is the best duelist in their respective class. The format should be a best of 3 rounds, in a spec of your choosing. Switching specs after each round doesn't really show who's the best duelist, it show's who's had the most experience with all 3 specs.

I disagree completely I love the idea of forcing each other to play the same spec. If we are playing the same spec against each other, the only deciding factor is skill (Experience+Innate abilities=Skill IMO). It also gets to show off some specs that people don't play in warzones very often. But classes with a healing tree should be left out, 3rd round can be a pick your own spec.

  2. Not necessarily because most of them love to use their Force Shroud since they know all of our attacks are tech attacks, which gives them 3 secs of God mode against us. Everything is situational, you just have to be mindful of what CD's they use, and if they do vanish without force shroud up and sap you and they aren't dotted that's a huge fail on the operative's fault.

Well if you try to vanish/sap regen when they have a dot on them because you are trying to prevent them from doing it to you that's a fail on the operatives part, cause once it ticks breaks CC and back in combat.

Assassin vs Operative....No contest.....lucky crits though too

  3. Naturally shadow tanks do more damage overall as a good portion of their attacks are AOE damage moves. Soz'e also wears dps gear on his shadow giving him some better dps. But one thing that separates good tanks is the ability to roll their guard around to different people and watching health bars like a healer would, not just keeping it on your healer.... It also helps when a healer is in voicechat with you and calls out who to roll a guard to because they are dropping. But like I said, good tanks don't need to be told to move their guard, it's just being able to focus on battlefield control, peeling and swapping guards.

Guerrilla-Always missed one dps. Normally we would borrow Athena.

Empire and Game Genie could not queue against each other because too many of their Core players belong to Game Genie. Currently the core rated Game Genie team is defunct, so all their players that had alts in Guerrilla or Empire would queue with us against Hex or Zen, But they wouldn't queue with Guerrilla before they queued with Game Genie.

Also, If we were doing ranked most of our absorbed players would be alternates or not playing ranked with us at all.

Yes. We did borrow players before we queued our own in-guild alternates, the reason we did this was to field the best possible team we could given the players we had online, or that were missing. Ranked was so scarce we did not want to lose that game, and our competitive side of us got the better of us. wanting to win.

*Core (insert guild name) would mean that's the guild they would queue first if given an option, based on assumption.

**Sorry if this seems scrambled, quite tired....or if it missed the point of the post completely

  5. Even as an Operative you should not just be standing in the end zone waiting for a pass, you are more valuable moving around healing and then vanishing out when your team has the ball and is past the acid pit. just my little 2 cents...Nice heal though! I cant break 8k
