To add to my post in general forum;

As mentioned there I am challenging anyone to do actual scientific testing and prove that getting ilevel 306 gear and the new augs and especially the new amplifiers does ANYTHING at all to improve your characters or make them more competitive in PVP.
In fact I only see trolling and people saying "yesssss new gear is ABSOLUUUUUTE a Muuuuuuust to PVP and be competitive !" Yet all it is is claims with zero scientific testing to back it up in any way.
As is the case with PVE in 6.0 we have all been totally had and shamed and tricked by Bioware and by their so called "level scaling tech" there is no "tech" here just a pure and disgusting sham by Bioware instead, and nobody tested or verified it and just went into the gear grind as headless chickens.
Do you have any testing to back up your PVP claims? I read the first post in what you linked and you seem to be on the assumption PVP is level locked like PVE. That is not the case. Try out the bolster terminal on the fleet and and let us know what you find out.

Not a bad overview, I agree that the stun bubble spec is too DPS heavy though. I personally would put no points into convection and instead put full points into Electric Induction.
I would also refrain from taking chain lightning at all, preferring to put at least one point into Will of the Sith. I would say that lightning effusion is a great talent unless you know you are never going to stay alive long enough to run out of force. Generally it is a great force management tool when used in conjunction with lightning barrage.

Most likely they will publish the list when the servers comes up after maintenance.

They can't allow everyone to flood into Fatman or some other high population server. They are trying to balance the populations so that there is a healthy population across most servers. This could most definitely be predicted. They have stated that there will be possibly paid for, open transfers at a later date. Since after these transfers you will have two viable places to PVP I personally don't think it would be a huge deal. -
This is an unintended bug which allows you to place missions item shock collars on players. It is real, and the collars can be placed on any "Character" including NPCs. They disappear on session change or death.

I'd be happy with restricting all "normal" stims/adrenals from Warzones leading to more emphasis on the Warzone specific adrenal. Plays in with their PVP specific stat and plays into their goal of moving away from reusables, on top of that everyone has access.

So your fan is spinning faster, and still isn't maxed? What is the issue here, fan noise? What are the temps now? What are te temps if you set your fan to max speed?
The temps are within range but the issue is that a poorer graphics quality game should not cause fan spin ups. The game is great, it is just not utilizing its resources efficently.
With more optimizations among other things greater performance can be achieved with cooler and smoother results in game.
