Rollbacks aren't necessary even if someone gained "extreme" valor because they gained it on the stupidity of republic players...which means they can roll it back all they want the imperials will just gain it again due to the stupidity of hte republic players.

If someone used a republic alt to respawn indefinitely to valor feed their imperial buddies... Bioware should delete their account and characters, and temporarily suspend the ones that got valor fed.

 

If bioware didn't want that to happen they should have at least limited you to one faction per server on character creation. It's obvious that bioware either didn't give this 10 minutes of thought or did and decided they really don't care.

Players know its not right to spawn camp and grief players. roll em back and suspend them. Simple..

The new patch's lvl 50 bracket for pvp can be looked at from two view points. It is great for the low levels since they won't get killed very quickly by lvl 50s. But it is not so great from my perspective. I play on Anturi Reach, there's very few lvl 50s for republic side. And half of them don't play pvp. The ones who play don't play 24/7. The only people who play in my time frame is Llaco, Dlvan, Timmay, Eisel and me (Stealth). Kannwar and Jochr sometimes play pvp. As you can see, there's no pvp game anymore for lvl50s. And I don't care much for fp, HM fp after I have done a few times for each, it gets boring to repeat.

Anyway, I just unsubscribed the game. For those of you, who have met me or who I have met on Anturi Reach, have fun and enjoy. I may be back in the future if Bioware decided to change bracket from 50 only to like lvl 40-50 bracket. Or if there's ever enough people on Anturi Reach to have pvp at all times.

80k in a day is way more than what i get grinding wz all day long. Stop exploiting just cause you can.

 

I would hope open world pvp would net you more than playing arena pvp. It's much more effort than sitting queued up waiting to pop.

The issue is that the word "mitigation" means reduction in damage received. Avoidance is the word for not even getting hit. That's why total mitigation is not the proper terminology.

Ion Gas Cylinder says it has a 15% chance to proc on "ranged" attacks.

 

Does rocket punch (4M range) count as a ranged attack?

 

Basically, do melee attacks actually just say melee or do they list a short range in meters?

Can someone explain the advantages of each? It appears to me that all power generators do is add stats, more than a shield does. Does a shield just add a 5% chance to absorb/block 20% of the damage of a single attack?

[Leveling - medicine viable?]

How are you guys leveling as medic (solo)? I'm level 12 and I had to go back to sniping because I don't have enough melee abilities to actually do a full cycle, plus I need the defense of cover to survive the fight.

 

I couldn't take a level 10 champion with me and my companion, in fact barely got him down to say 75%, I can take two elites but that is pushing it and I have to do it from cover (using snipe) or I will die.
