Just wanted to chime in and say I'm also getting the same bug.
I have not been able to replicate the bug using some of the methods described in this thread (ctrl+Direction moving) and like others it happens to me mainly in warzones. Changing zones or re-logging is the only way I have been able to fix it.
Question...I get stuck moving sometimes, answer?
