I was fairly disappointed with the JC cutscenes. I was expecting him to catch some lightning in his hands and force push people. He does have that moment where he rips open those durasteel doors though, that happens twice I think.
-
I dunno about this, but a Mortis Operation would be very interesting.
-
I did not get DS points for boning Nadia, and she was my Padawan lol.

Voss and Imp. Taris are definitely good, as well as Corellia. Worst two for me were Republic Balmorra (the ending is dumb) and Hoth on either side, because the story is lame and copied to both sides. Everywhere you go, they're getting overrun by the opposite faction. Republic is probably worse since you know the imperials are basically laughing at them the whole time, while Republic is convinced they're going to win the war on Hoth. No, sorry, I don't think this superweapon is going to be different from the dozen we've already run into. It's not going to end the war however much you wish it so.
Republic Balmorra is really not that bad if you are a Consular since you
Kill Darth Lachriss and liberate the planet

If when I was leveling Corellia had more people around it'd be my favorite by far. The final story arc is awesome and should have been made a FP. Fighting three Dark Council members in a row was awesome. I wish it was repeatable. And that mixed in with the JC story was...quite awesome.

Uh... where is it stated that he's more powerful? You missed a lot of dialogue if you think you can use the shielding technique and be just fine. It's stated that it almost kills you. Of course, they screwed the pooch when they wrote the consular and that doesn't really show up beyond dialogue, but it's there.
Besides, we're talking about who would win in a fight. What's the consular gonna do? Shield him to death... from... uh...? It's a technique with a pretty limited application, whereas the Inquisitor's story ability seems pretty good for defense and attack. As a bonus...
The inquisitor gets to bind a DS or neutral Consular's ghost to himself after killing him! Yes!
With the shielding technique the JC could hypothetically free all of the SIth ghosts from the inquisitor, then proceed to kick the **** out of him.

Make it happen Bioware

How about instead of giving us pebbles to throw, we get emerald lightning. I wouldn't mind not using the lightsaber if I had that.
-
Still never seen any jedi not use their lightsaber. Game flaw.
Master Vodo pwned Sith with his cane.
-
I believe it was removed because of spoilers, same reason as The Emperor's Wrath title.
But...Barsen'thor for the JC and Master for the JK are still there. And Mender of the Rift does spoil a major plot element of the JC story.

Nice ideas. But do you think the Emperor should really be defeated in already in chapter 4? I like the idea of the Empire striking back and chapter 4 ending with a major imperial victory.
But Master Syo
could be dead. It's unlikely that they force the LS ending on the consular.
The Emperor's death can make room for Emperor Malgus to return with an Infinite fleet of the foundry rolling forth to crush the republic. And if Syo is dead, make the first son reappear. If the Emperor is the immortal, his first child also having that ability makes sense.

If anyone has seen ROTS and the force thrashing Darth Tyranus gave Kenobi, they'll know that he's a dead man going up against Revan who is at least Dooku's equal in Force Mastery.

Project storm would be amazing

Is Orgus actually stated to be a member of the Council at any point? I know that was my impression when I first played through the JK storyline, but when I was later looking for a reference to him being on the Council I couldn't really find anything like that. So he might not actually belong on the list of Dead Council members.
Yeah he's seated in the chambers. Although his showings are kind of weak compared to the others. Kaedan captured the Dread Masters, Satele is...well Satele, Kiwiks is a Healer, Tol Braga dueled a member of the Dark Council for days on end and brought him to the light side, and Syo is a master strategist.

KOTOR I handsdown for me, but if KOTOR II were finished it'd certainly give it a run for it's money if not surpass it.
-
Cooler or not, the novel Revan establishes him as not just more powerful than Meetra, but in a different league.

There is another member of the Council that shows up in the Jedi Consular story line near the beginning, and basically exists to ***** about Yuon Par. For the life me I can't remember his name.
Kaedan dies in the Sith Ilum Arc.
-
Because these positions could never be filled, obviously. Besides, insofar as some of the remaining seats, it is entirely possible that members like Wens Aleusis and Oric Traless remain on the Council.
It's possible, sure but that doesn't explain why none of these members so much as appear in any of the Jedi Council meetings, in fact they don't even have seats present in the chambers. At least when people in the Dark Council, like Darth Jadus are missing you see their empty chair.
-
We know that in the Great Galactic war half the Council was killed. And throughout the series we see six masters on the Council, although other sources point to about 10 being on the Council during Fatal Alliance, all of these guys could be dead as well. The only six we see are:
Syo
Kaedan
Orgus
Braga
Satele
Kiwiks
Of those Syo and Braga are deposed, Kaedan and Orgus are dead, and Kiwiks' fate is undetermined. Which leaves only Satele and the Barsen'thor as members of the Council. At most there are 3 members left. Compare that to Darths Marr, Ravage, Mortis, Vowron, and Nox being left. The Jedi are in pretty bad shape.
-
At this point, he and the Jedi Council are fueled by hatred. The Council knows that Revan wants revenge, and they don't care. They'll continue to use his power.
Not true, we know Revan met with the Jedi Council, we do not know if he fully briefed them on his plans. And also given that the Sith Emperor's plans to
wipe the galaxy of life
, Revan's solution seems tamed. And given that he's seen into the Emperor's mind and knows that martially he is nigh invincible, the best solution to save the Galaxy would be annihilation of the Sith Empire.
Seriously though, can you really see Master Satele just standing by and saying "Oh, you want to destroy billions of lives? Sounds good to me, proceed great great great great grandfather."
-
Pretty good, it also ties into the Maelstrom FP arc better than any other story in game.
-
It's a shame about the absence of this title, since I haven't encountered anything else that would signify being on the council either ever since since the main quest was finished - I don't think I can even enter the council chambers, much less participate on deciding on anything it seems. Has anyone found the slightest mention of being on the council anywhere since finishing the main quest?
Sorry to rez this but I have to agree. I want that title back. The only mention of this title is when the droid for Denova story calls you "Honored Jedi Council Member".
Meanwhile the Sith get to say crap like "You forget your place Moff, I am the Emperor's Wrath." and "I am on the Dark Council, I don't take orders from you."
Why do Jedi NPCs post-Corellia not acknowledge that I'm on the Council? Especially when I am
One of three Jedi Councilors left in the Galaxy, with Syo and Tol Braga deposed, Orgus and Kaedan dead. Me Kwiks and Satele are the only members left...hell even Kiwiks can die on Corellia if the Knight is a dick.
-
*shrug* It was one of the many many casualities of the Great Beta Title Purge along with General, Emperor's Wrath, and almost all world arc titles. I doubt we will ever truly know why all of them were removed. All we can do is mourn their passing.
I hope they give those back...
I want "Of the Jedi Council" title back

Seriously, I have had it with doing the Ilum daily quest and that Jedi calling me 'young one'. It's like 'I am on the Jedi Council bro...don't talk down to me.'
