You have to be kidding me. How can this be so out of balance with the rest of the game. If you are going to force us to use a ****** level 10 companion then don't balance the content for a real companion. That was the most frustrating garbage I have ever dealt with in this game. Games should be fun. I don't mind challenges but that was just stupid. If 8.2 were out I would cancel right now. Darth Malgus died in 10 seconds tank or heal spec and that twilek chick was even worse.

I zone out at my Stronghold every time with every character and 1 in 4 times when I log back in I have been bounced back to the previous zone before my Stronghold. It has happened since 3.0 and it seems worse now. It is frustrating as I often log in with combat or death. It is repeatable and frequent.

But the quest the Ranken Initiative requires you to queue for it, yet because I am level 56 I can't queue.

Pretty much either need bounty week next week or sell all the stuff on the bounty merchants for credits again. I have been waiting for a long time to get some stuff from there. There are not enough contracts on the GTN to get everything. I know its a dumb reason to leave but it still is the reason, I will come back some day but even with good music you can only be on hold for so long.

I played EQ2 for 6 years and quit the day it went FTP. I won't do FTP games, if I did this one is not even close to the best FTP out there. I have never really played WoW but is it going to be the only game left that is not FTP? If so, WoW here I come.
The lack of content in this game was catching up with me any way.

Here is a fact. I played EQ2 for over 6 years and quit the day it went FTP.
Overall EQ2 is a MUCH better game than SWTOR so when FTP goes in I am gone.
I have never really played WoW before, but if its the last big game that is not FTP then I will go there.

The only "micro-payment" I have made in my 15 year MMO experiance is the purchase of additional character slots. I paid $10 to add slots and it was money well spent. If they add this I will buy more slots. I have had all 8 slots capped at 50 for a long time, yhen they implemented changes to Legacy that made it viable to play both factions. Adding character slots is not the same as being able to buy in game mounts or even cosmetic pets. Its an account upgrade.

This was fine for Beta and my pre launch bonus time but it is not OK now. I don't care if the ELUA says they can put me in a queue I will not pay for a game that I can't play. With all the crap SOE pulled over my tenure with EQ2 they did not put me in to a queue.
