With 2.4 million sales plus four months of 1.7 to 1.2 million subscriptions in the bank, I think it is pretty clear they will be in the black. No matter how much you hate the devs or the game, I'm not sure how you can argue that it is "inaccurate" that the cost of development is going to be recovered.
1.2 million, also thanks that the free 30 days given out buffed it.

I highly doubt it will drop below 1 million subs. We all have our opinions. Only time will tell.
With the current trend, loss of 1.1 million potential subcriptions to a 2.4 million units sold, 46% drop in less than 6 months. (1.3million fluffed by giving out free time) Can't wait.

so what, if it's down 25% at 1.2 million subs that's $20M per month or 200M per year, there's your cost of development. I haven't played since patch 1.2, that doesn't mean im not going to or that i'm going to unsub, just means i'm taking a break and looking at playing an alt
inaccurate, you're on the assumption it'll be 1.2mill for the whole year which i highly doubt.

To go play a game that isn't an MMO at all. It'll have even less people for you to play with.

Why am i going to link you fixes when i saw it with my own eyes running ops the past week. I have no need to prove to you otherwise lol. go look through patch notes all you want, Im sure you can find the fix if you want to.
There are still complains on Soa and the pylons even today, 16 man NM, even HM it bugs. Doesn't mean i bash the game i cease to help my guild mates clearing content.

the reason i didnt respond to this the first time you posted it was because you are obviously trolling. As someone who actually plays the game unlike you. I know most, if not all those issue are corrected. The daily quest is the only one I havent done in awhile and cant confirm if it was fixed.
link me to the fixes and i can link you to still bugged soa and operations.

Sorry you only play the game for pvp. This was never touted as a pvp game but they tried to make it formidable. Honestly, its not as bad as A LOT of mmo mistakes I have seen after a launch.
I play all aspects of the game so that wasnt a major issue to me. If all that interests you is pvp then why wouldnt you just play a pvp focused game?
OK Soa still buggy as hell, pylons in EV still bug out at 16 mans. 2 bugged mobs for daily quest, (killing the ratataki commanders) Quest items not registering when you pick them up, leading you to abandon the quest and do it all over again.

1.3 M, if it holds, if very good. You can't really even include WoW right now because its WoW...and everyone else.
of course there is nothing that says that will hold. Current trend says it's falling.

From all the mmos I have played, they have done a better job than most. You must be new to the genre.

They gave plenty of info prior to the games release. Upon entering beta everything they had announced thus far was in the game. So we got exactly what they said we would get. The people that think otherwise assumed certain things were in the game. Thats not biowares fault lol.
This game will be perfectly fine. Around 5 months after launch and the game is still sitting over 1 million subs, thats pretty darn good.
starting from 2.4 million potential subs. l0l so sad.

dont worry when they have to report the amount of subs they have lost in the next quarter, you'll get 30 days for free to buff that number.

Last i checked, ilum is a ghost town and their only fix was to make the daily count in wz's not responding to the problem of ilum itself and completely NOT incentivizing orvr

so far every patch they put out just breaks things, that or they just slap a soon next to their sentence.

lol nonsense.... you realize free trials dont count as subs? because well they arent... the only factor that was artificaly influenced was population, not subs.
