  1. they really need to get to stepin, its pretty bad how they are missing a lot STANDARD mmo features...

i mean no combat log, no target dummies(also no dueling area outside or inside hub), no guild bank, and much more

You make as well, a valid argument! I'm getting much insight to the ACTUAL problems with SWTOR, Feeed me knowledge of Bioware disgracing themselves!

  2. Don't feed the troll. Move a long, nothing to see here...

If you're referring to Soulyouth, I understand where you're coming from, but if not - I see what the forums have come too and I see the downfall of Bioware listening to the feedback of those who wish to simply corrupt and destroy this game entirely!

I simply don't read enough feedback on the forums that matches up with my personal interests.

  3. this is joke right ?

Rift updates are by far the standard when it comes to game updates and bug fixes.

STO was quicker with fixing stuff then BW has been with tor.

Even Aion was better at this task.

I quit Aion far before they fixed the horrible lack of things to do beyond level 24.

I heard STO died and is on F2P status

Rift has a healthy community I agree but the game they created is just an upgraded graphics version of previous Massively Multiplayer Games, did not impress me at all.

  4. I love what bioware is doing with the game, they're having instant feedback and almost INSTANT game changes due to customer feedback on really hot topics, I've never experienced this before!

I have to say in my 8 years of MMO land gaming - I have always seen developers take several weeks even in between minor patches, but bioware even since early closed beta have been cracking down on even minor bug/glitches!

TL;DR (lol?): Bioware is updating the game to perfection within mere months of release using a shoddy game engine, amazing? I think so!

  5. I'm actually one of the people having real vision issues with the new UI. I'm probably going to be forced to play less or in much shorter stints.

Which sucks because between work and school, I'd rather come home and vedge in front of ToR. Now I can't :(

Terribly sorry to hear that, as for myself I found the new UI changes to be thoroughly to my liking, and I'm actually experience a complete 100% opposite of the majority, I see abilities on cooldown easier, it doesn't strain my eyes and it's all around just probably made for me :/

    Options shouldn't be a luxury!

  6. SR has said they plan on implementing code to allow these features to be toggled so players can chose different effects for their bars in a few weeks.

No idea how good these options will be though...

In a couple of weeks is just fine for me, but what of these people that have bleeding eyes?

  7. Seriously.......Who in the even retarded mind would go....hey, I got an idea, lets make the cooldown graphic sooo horrible that it will be awesome! Yeah!....and then....they have to go through someone else for approval....then you wonder, who the hell was THAT person who approved it. I am betting they didn't even look at it, just said, hey, ya sounds good...wait what color did you say? Never mind, just go ahead with it, I'm sure it's fine.

............that is really the only way I can think how things happened at their office. Because SOMEONE thinking straight would have obviously put the kabosh on something this bad before it even got past test server....assuming they did test it, which appearently they didn't.

Truly brings about the actual quality, of the quality assurance - eh? :)

  8. I find it incredibly ridiculous that EA can ignore this post at this point. People have gotten dizzy, headaches, and nausea from this change and they have done nothing but give us an automated response from a moderator. We are closing in on a second thread split and I still cannot play the game without risk of getting dizzy when I have NEVER gotten dizzy from any other video game or media source ever. I seriously do not understand this.

I don't know how this dizzy, headaches and nausea come about :/ do they put their face right against the screen with shifty eyes while staring directly at the hotbar while using abilities as fast as possible?

  9. Really? What is/isn't available is troubling to you? It must be something to do with my being color blind but I like these effects much better then the previous, it's actually easier for me to know what is available without even to have to look at the bars because they're so prominent!
