I have had them but they are very rare now. It seems they tweaked down a number of things cause I'm also not getting as many legendary embers as before it seems. That could be just bad luck by itself but you can see that in the prices going up. I remember one night there weren't even any on the GTN anymore.
As with any positive change BioWare giveth and taketh away. They stopped gating the conquest mats and reduced the drop chance of embers. Still I prefer it this way than the other way around.
Why they lowered the drop chance of r11 missions I'm not sure but apparently we were getting too many purple mats or it could be part of the reduction in embers as well.
Yes Legendary Embers too have definitely dropped down.

Since last patch (6.1.1) i haven't received any lvl 11 crafting mission from my companions on 24 chars. is this happening to someone else?

I would not call that lack of response. Slow and not the bugs you would personally prioritize maybe, but not lack thereof, especially during Coronatimes. I do hope they still get paid to deal with some of the entitlement they encounter.

As per title, avoid buying these articles from CM. They are bugged since 2017 and dev team never worked on it. Be safe.

The amazing thing is the lack of response from the dev team on any bug. Are they paid or what?

The bug is persistent, they really don't care. Maybe with a law suit on misleading advertising we can get some money out of it.

As per title, why don't you place a token in the CM that can bind to legacy a piece of armor or a weapon? I would love it and pay it!

One of the things we tried to be clear about with the Ravagers is that we are serious about handling exploits. With that exploit, the Ravagers we were open about our process and the action we were taking. For this issue with Ziost, we are going to do the same.
If a player is bypassing the environment to access an area they should not be able to, and then killing a boss to get loot they should also not have access to, we absolutely consider this an exploit. We are investigating this issue right now, and will be actioning any player who participates, or has participated, in this exploit.
If you ever hear of or find something that can be exploited, do not test it yourself. Please notify us immediately and privately. Some of you brought this issue to our attention on PTS and we thank you for that. We closed that opening, but it seems that there is another method of getting into the area.
We would also like to thank those of you who did not exploit and who have brought this to our attention. Our goal will always be to create a safe and fair environment for our players.
